While on an extensive Route 66 motorcycle trip, this was a wonderful dining experience. Quite tastefully decorated, exquisite attention to detail with customer service being paramount. The menue was extensive and prepared to perfection. Club 609 is an absolute must stop if ever in Joplin, Missouri.

Service was great. Very nice environment and unique decoration, making the old building have its own character. Food presentation and taste was delicious and unique as well. The server besides been extremely curtious and nice, the knowledge of the menu and plates made her amazing. She even got hot coffee spilled in her hand due to the broken pot when serving us, she kept calm and professional. A+ Regina and staff.

Awesome food. They had decent vegetarian options besides just salad without the bacon. The music was great our waitress was awesome and smelled really good. I took some great pictures and sent to my daughter and she wants to make her room to look like the place. Lovely atmosphere. This place is the definition of eclectic. If im ever back in Joplin on business this will be my go to. Great job!!!

It was bad. We made reservations for family of 5 with a kid at 5:30 on a wednesday but they set up our table in an extremely small section. And next to us was a table full of extremely loud people. The waitress saw that we were not having a good time to the point where we couldn’t even tell her our order. The food was decent but the service was not good. I’m not going to this restaurant again.

Very nice atmosphere for families ,couples ,and friends. The staff were very friendly and the food was great. We went during their happy hour and they offer buy 1 drink get one free which was great!!! That particular night they were only serving people with reservations, and we did not have one. Our server/waitress was amazing she managed to fit us into 1 of her tables in-between reservation times! I cannot state with enough applause,well done ! Their menu food prices are a bit on the upscale side but their prices match their amazing tasting menu items! I would highly recommend this place for all of the different ,diverse people out there ! Classy ,has a bar, wonderful atmosphere ,families with young children friendly and welcoming!

Ordered a Waygu steak and Japanese Sea bass with Asparagus and potato hash, which wasn’t on the menu. The steak was perfect, but the fish was a little over cooked. It was really busy but we never felt rushed. I think we were there about two hours and everything was perfectly paced. From the appetizer, drinks, entree through dessert, everything flowed really well. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be back.

We’re not sure how the food was because we never got served.. even after having a reservation. We still waited another twenty minutes to be seated at a tiny table near the walkway where everyone walked by.. After waiting another 15 minutes and still no one acknowledging us , we decided to leave. I understand about being busy but don’t take reservations and overbook if you can’t honor them.

Love the decor and original art work. Service was excellent and food was tasty and unique, shared a plate of fried portobello mushrooms, blackened chicken sandwich and mojo fries. The drink 609 collins was 2 for 1 and was also excellent.

Don’t buy the Niner chicken sandwich. It was the thinnest piece of chicken I’ve ever had. It was also burnt and dry. I should have just asked for another one. The inside is nice and the bartenders were great. However it took over 45 minutes for a horrible chicken sandwich.
