Good customer service, but somewhat pricey and they removed the hot sauce bar which was, in my opinion, the main selling point of the restaurant. Now all they have are single-choice hot sauce packets, would not recommend until the hot sauce bar comes back.

First time ordering I did an online order and arrived only to find they ran out of turkey and meatballs. The ladies working there went out of their way to help make everything right in the universe and I’ll go back there again. Fantastic service you don’t see too much lately. Give those women a raise!

I had place an order with you guys and when I got to my car my sandwich was smashed at the bottom and all the heavy items were on top of it. The person I seen bagging and making my order was “Kelvin.” I do not appreciate this kind of service from an establishment. I never had no problem with firehouse subs until now and this is upsetting!! I do hope there’s an attitude adjustments with some of your employees cause this is unacceptable!!!

By far the worst sandwich I’ve had in my entire life. I ordered the steak and cheese sandwich. What I got was a mayonnaise sandwich with meat sprinkles. I paid $11 for a small sandwich. Didn’t get the chips or drink. Just the sandwich was $11. Such a disappointment. If I wanted to eat a mayonnaise sandwich, I would have ordered that.

The food was on brand & what I wanted. The woman at the register had some issues getting it to open, which was comical. Another employee helped her cancel our order & start over, but they relayed our order to the girls making the food which helped our experience not be delayed.
