I just got home with my take out and I’m sorry to say they did not make the grade. I am a very very good cook and I cook all these dishes, especially having been to Thailand in passed couple years. Restraurant is nice inside and the server is amazing and very nice. Ok so I told her I’m picky and even made mention that first of all the food has to be good and secondly no need to hold back on the portions. I ordered the Basil With Beef, (Pad Gra Prow), they keep it simple with Basil, Vegetables and choice of protein. First of all there was 14 Basil leaves and just to give you an idea when I make this at home I make 2 servings and use a packed cup and a half, I mean let the truth be told, The Basil is the Dish! Over all the entire dish was lacking in seasoning and spices, just BlAND. And I don’t think it’s fair at $11.00 or $12.00 to get 10 oz of mostly veggies. I have no problem paying $18.00 to $25.00 for this when it’s done correctly. So next came the Basil Fried Rice with Pork and I’m have to say it was Fabulous!! Wonderful flavors, Cooked Perfectly and was everything I was hoping for. So in the rules of fairness I can only hope that everyone has a bad night or maybe just missed the seasoning step. I would absolutely recommend them I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. I have attached some photos one of which is similar if not Beef with Basil off their website and that is what I was looking for, just the color alone tells me someone their know how to make it. the last photos are of my own creation of Beef With Basil I learned in Thailand.

I been coming to this Thai Restaurant for many years. They have a really nice service staff, and the Best Pad Thai anywhere in the Pinellas County area! I been to the other Thai restaurants in Pinellas, they can’t compare to to this place. If you like Thai Restaurants, try Pattaya Thai on gulf to bay in Clearwater! Excellent!

I am in love with this place. This is the place, if it were a woman, I am putting a ring on the finger. It is the girl I’ve had a crush on since we graduated high-school 10-years-ago type love. I go to this restaurant every week (even twice a week sometimes) since I started my new job here in Clearwater. I have been working that job about 10 months ago, and since then I have had no reason to go anywhere else for Thai food. This place has the best Thai food I’ve had since leaving Washington state, and that is an extremely high bar. The white rice is a bit inconsistent, but everything else from the service to the food has been nothing but absolutely spot-on, especially for the prices. For cheap delicious Thai food, the service and the food are the reasons why I slave away at my job, knowing that the next week, I get to go here. Haven’t had dine out, but, why would I?

Food is very mid and greasy. Got the shrimp pad thai. I’m shocked- it was legit more greasy then lo mein at a American/Chinese takeout. My standards are low for being in Clearwater but man…. It’s just noodles in vegetable oil and like 7 small shrimp.

My most recent experience has made me reconsider this place. I had previously held some suspicions about their customer service and the attitude of certain waitresses. Still, I chose to overlook them because I loved the food. Unfortunately, my recent encounter has reinforced my suspicions, making me believe they are likely accurate.

Great service and very friendly. Kept my tea full and my dinner come out at a comfortable pace. Was hoping for some fresh basil or shrimp rolls but at this time that was crossed off the menu. So went with some Tom Kha to start. I’d say the soup was above average as I do prefer a little more body to the soup and a tad more coconut flavor. Overall though I still enjoyed the soup. The Panang Beef was spot on perfect. Got it Hot on the scale of Mild to Thai Hot and it was a perfect spice level for me. The Panang was also bold in flavor and all the ingredients come together for a perfect texture and flavor profile. This dish alone is worth a return trip for me. Overall. If you are in the area. This place is worth a try.

Food was good, but noticed my order was wrong after an hour drive home….I ordered basil fried rice with pork and got chicken instead and secondly the Pattaya wings are 6.99 on their website but noticed they charged me 12 dollars…poor experience overall, wouldn’t be coming back
