My family was just heading out for vacation early in the morning and we were so warmly greeted at this Dunkin location by the nicest person on the staff! I wish I would have caught her name but she was absolutely awesome and made a very early start to the day a good one! Would come back again just to see her!

My thoughts
The food and customer service is awful. Also why is half the menu never available? Bought the blueberry munchkins. Don’t know if the recipe changed, but they were awful. Ordered two of the hash browns for the kids and they gave me four soggy pieces dripping with oil. The two plain croissants were extremely hard. My breakfast sandwich had a sausage patty that barely looked cooked. Should’ve just gone elsewhere, but listened learned and a waste of money.

Sadly this was a terrible experience. They were so short staffed that it took me 30 minutes to get my mobile order that I placed 10 minutes prior to arrival. By the time I was given my order, my tea was cold. The doughnuts also seem to keep getting smaller and the price keeps getting higher. I don’t believe any of this was the staff working ‘s fault but it was a miserable experience none the less.
