This location used to be really good but has gone down extremely in the past year or so. The last time I went I ordered a grilled chicken salad at 11am, they were already out of grilled chicken, manager was rude about it. I went with fried, it took them 25 minutes to give me my and at drive thru,they had me pull up amd forgot about me I actually had to go in smd ask for it again. Manager was very rude about it the whole time.

Always wanted to try Zaxby’s and I finally got to. I probably won’t eat it again for a long time. It wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t amazing like I was expecting. We got the Chicken Fingers, Traditional Wings, and Fries combo. The wings were better than the fingers.

The Old Crow
Don’t rush the counter staff or you will get raw chicken. The staff here works at one speed, slow. I love the seasoning they use. However, it makes my blood pressure go high. It must contain a lot of salt. The salad is very good. The Shelbyville location makes much larger servings. But I have gotten the uncooked chicken there too.
