I don’t know why I only go to KFC once every 3 or 4 years I am always so happy and this experience was no different. The staff was so friendly, they looked clean and professional, and made sure I had what I wanted. I got a kids meal, and a 3 piece box for a little over 15 dollars. My daughter loved her kids meal and my 3 piece was sinful. I hope it will not be another 3 years before I go back.

Went here to eat while my kid recovers from heart surgery since it’s right by the Childrens Hospital and I see why it’s almost always empty. I got charged over $16 for this & I didn’t even get my full order! I also asked for BBQ sauce and got nothing but hot sauce.

This is out of control this is the 40 dollars worth of food. The so called night manager is rude which I know she isn’t the manager but hey I guess we all can play a roll that’s not ours I think talking to the owner of the building just isn’t cutting it with this terrible Customer Service. The food was cold I called about it to get a what’s up when I called to inform them they didn’t put food in the bowls I ordered with a what you mean they don’t have food with her then hanging up on me. I think I need to contact someone to get this under control

Tremendously disappointed again. This is the 3rd and last time I give this location a chance. Famous Bowls are not even 1/3 full! $15 for maybe 1 Bowl worth. Shameful!

Stopped in for a chicken sandwich. After hearing how they’re made fresh to order…I was asked to park and wait. About 7 minutes later I received my food. The sandwich so dry and old the ends were hard. I went in to ask for another one. The manager agreed the food was old. She said one was being made fresh and it would take 4 minutes or so. I waited. Ten minutes later I go back inside and come to find my order hasn’t even be cooked much less ready. Manager blamed the male cook in the back and told me, “he doesn’t speak English..he didn’t understand me when I asked him to cook another one for you”…she replied. Totally blaming him and taking no responsibility. I asked for my money back. I also saw a female making food with NO GLOVES on. That sealed the deal in me leaving. I also requested a receipt to make a complaint and the manager refused. Everything was bad about this experience. I hope corporate fires the whole store. I will NEVER return here at all. Gross!!!!!!!

After months of not coming here since the last order mix up I decided to give it another go since everything around me was full of lines. Big mistake. They got my order wrong again, was rushing me to order because they wanted to close and I was the last car and order they had for the night. Which is completely wrong for a business. The customer is always right and priority regardless of the time. I ordered one meal and I didn’t even get what I wanted. 1 star again and this showed me why I’ll never come back even after I attempted to give you guys another chance to see if the customer service was fixed but, apparently not and not even for 1 meal they can get it right same as last time of why I didn’t come back. I worked in fast food and I was trained to never rush a customer and that THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES FOR BETTER SERVICE THIS IS NOT A RACE TO CLOSE REGARDLESS OF THE TIME YOU STOP GIVING CUSTOMER SERVICE UNTIL THE LAST CAR HAS LEFT THE BUILDING.

ehh.. I just can’t stand a place where they’ll keep a staff member that just yells at people and insults them like a middle schooler until they quit. It’s extremely unprofessional and exhausting. I feel bad for the customers too, this place is cross contamination galore. I wouldn’t eat here again even if it meant I were starving to death because I’ve already been food poisoned here twice. Don’t even bother applying to work here either, they won’t give you hours and they will fake respecting you up until you try to correct them. The back smells like sewage and there’s black mold too. There’s also water under tiles as well. Generally just not a sanitary place. Hey if you’re a customer, I hope you know you can get into the bathroom by just swiping a credit card. They’ll avoid telling you that so you buy something first, but it’s not worth buying. This place does not make the colonel proud, I can assure you that. Also don’t bother calling them, they won’t answer the phone. They’re very good at cursing as customers as well. It’s crazy how much food just sits there unsold for hours before being sold. It’s not even fresh, big yikes.

Worst customer service ever. Had a really bad experience the first time but decided to give them a second chance anyways. Apparently they have a habit of making people in the drive thru park in the front and forgetting about them. Had to go in to ask about my order and found people just standing around when there was no one in the drive or in the store. Anyways, would not recommend, take a few more minutes and go to the Church’s past Peoria instead.

Manager was super rude!! I went in to the drive thru and the manager said it wasn’t working to come in so I did and while taking the order he was just so rude like he didn’t want to work. In my opinion if you don’t want to be there then don’t ya know you’re just there spreading all that negativity around. I stopped here out of convenience but I’ll continue to go to the one in green valley.
