Delivery driver lost his key. They had to find someone else to deliver our food. Waited over an hour since it was order and was waiting for 40 minutes since it said out for delivery. The store is only 7 minutes away. Next time I’ll just go in. Why offer delivery service if you can’t provide it efficiently. So much for freaky fast delivery ♂️

My wife and I, kids and grandson did on-line orders for delivery in mid-June and again in mid-July. Each time one sandwich was incorrect, simply the wrong sandwich. In June a tuna order had a turkey delivered; in July, a turkey order had a turkey delivered. With several visiting from out of town, there just isn’t time for us to mess around with correcting the orders after delivery. Good sandwiches, lousy service.

Person on the phone left A LOT to be desired, and $21 for two sandwiches??? Wouldn’t mind the high price so much if customer service was good. This place has gone down hill, used to order three days a week…the order I just placed was the last order I’ll ever place from here.

JJs is no longer freaky fast, unless you’re in driveup. Watched several car orders go out before mine. My 16in #4 with avocado finally came across. It wasn’t until we drove away that we noticed there was no avocado. Obviously the staff was stressed. There wasn’t a single smile on anyone. I knew there was a reason I stopped going to Jimmy’s. Dedicated Subway customer from now on.

As their foods are delicious, the awaiting time is ridiculous. I ordered a delivery. My gps shows it’s a 7 minute drive from my address to Jimmy John’s. I wanted to stay in home and thought Jimmy John’s will be fast. Oh boy, no… as in fact, I am writing this review and still waiting for my delivery. Ordered 4:47PM, it’s 5:55PM now and there’s no update on the Tracker. 1 star simply due to slowness of delivery. Perhaps, a bit extreme wait time.
