This is by far the most dusfunctional chipotle I’ve ever been at. They routinely miss their online order commitments by 20+ minutes, don’t use their online order racks (and instead keep the orders behind the counter), which would be fine, except they don’t call out the names when the orders are ready. There’s currently an (angry) mob of customers waiting by the online order pickup, and I’m walking up to the counter reading off names when they finish a bag because they don’t announce it. They are slow, and not very friendly. Someone really needs to talk to management at this location, because they’re quite frankly incompetent.

I normally love Chipotle and understand folks are having staffing issues but my how the mighty have fallen. No chips, guac, veggies or even forks. The trash was overflowing and their work stations were very suspect. NEVER AGAIN!

So there was a sign on the door saying they were “out of chips” because of supply chain or some such nonsense. So I went in, and there were all sorts of chips in bags everywhere. I was told they were for online orders only and then made to place my order which was already made online so I could get chips. That is literally the craziest thing I’ve ever heard.

Dinner with the wife tonight. We both had the bowl one with Chicken and one with beef. Ingredients were fresh which was very nice and the taste was great. Store was clean just needed more frequent trash pick up and table cleaning. We plan on coming again!

Chipotle is one of my go-to favourite’s and the food did not disappoint. Unfortunately every single table in the dining room was a mess. I told the counter person that seemed to be in the lead and she ignored my comment. Leaving the mess even after the customers were gone. I’ve owned restaurants, this is clearly a management issue and not a lack of employees. After getting off her lunch break, an employee went out and changed the garbage bags, only to leave the tables a mess! Including the table she had left messy, smh. Cleaning the tables for guests is a 90 second operation. You just have to care.

I eat Chipotle a lot, but this was the worst experiences I’ve had. NONE of the guacamole was mashed avocado and it was missing some of the key ingredients. My bowl (my usual order) was less than acceptable as well.

Placed a pickup order and while it was ready at the designated time, the food was a joke. The kids cheese quesadilla was inedible because it was melted to the tinfoil. The kids meal was also missing the sides I chose and drink. To top it off, my chips and queso were also missing. If you like cooking dinner, after you paid for food to pickup, this is the place for you!

If I could leave no stars I would! I used to frequent this location often, but have not been there in a couple of years. Tonight’s experience was horrible! Stale chips, out of sour cream, no cheese when I asked for it, my daughter ordered chicken and got steak, and to top it off, I got the surprise of finding the sticker from the outside of the avocado in my bowl! I also witnessed an employee pushing chicken that had fallen on the counter back into the container with his hand. Yes he had a glove on, but once that chicken was on the counter it should have been thrown out. I will not be going back to this Chipotle
