Depending on the day you’ll either get fast service, hot and correct food or someone too annoyed to take a full order who will interrupt you and say “that it” as you’re trying to order more items….which will come freezing cold, made wrong and take forever to get to you. Doesn’t seem to matter if it is dine in or drive thru. Frequently cheese is not melted onto burgers and special requests are marked on the wrapper but not actually done (no onions, but onions on the burger). If you don’t mind playing food roulette this location works.

Normally I never have an issue here and everything runs smooth no issues. Tonight was not the case however. There were 3 card ahead of us initially, which didn’t take TOO long. Once we got to the window we paid, then sat there waiting for at LEAST 10minutes. No one told us why or what was going on. If we hadn’t already paid we would have just left. When we got our food at least it was piping hot. Once we got home to sit down? The sandwich, I’m assuming which we were waiting for, wasn’t even one we ordered. We never even received a receipt to be able to go back or to call and seeing as it’s 11pm we definitely aren’t making the trip back.

This place is always filthy. Garbage bags are NEVER changed from cans outside and there is always garbage blowing everywhere around them outside. Every time I go in there a bunch of younger employees are just talking and walking around, or literally just standing there while customers wait in line looking at each other and carrying on with conversations. I wasted 20 minutes waiting in line, watching other customers step to the side one by one forming another line while waiting for their orders while employees didn’t even bother to acknowledge customers standing right in front of the register. I decided to walk out because apparently my order was not welcome. Thanks guys! I love being invisible.

Slowest Burger King, correction slowest fast food place I have EVER been too. 25 min for a kids meal and 8 chicken nuggets, only 1 car in front of me, and then they messed up the kids meal and had to ask me what was in the bag! Just go to a different location.
