The Traveling Man
The food we ordered was ok but everything else was not so good. The employees were friendly especially the older lady. Only 2 people working there was wearing a mask and nobody was wearing gloves even though the Chicago’s Pizza website states the opposite. Numerous signs up with different prices and the menu gave different prices as well. Certain areas of the dining room was dirty. There was a young boy running through the kitchen into the dining room multiple times then went into the back I’m assuming he is a child of an employee. That is a huge no no especially if the Health Department showed up. This experience could have been much better but multiple problems were present. I will not be back.

Nice staff, good food. I feel the decision to charge extra for paying with a card is made out of greed since Chicago’s already has one of the most expensive pizzas in the area.

Love Chicago’s bread sticks and cheese. Went for my birthday dinner. The girl serving seemed very lost on how to be a waitress. The food was excellent as always, and at least the girl tried.

I ordered a party pizza for my first grade class. The pizza was AMAZING! The service was excellent. My 23 first graders were beyond thrilled when Thomas walked through our classroom door carrying a pizza larger than they had ever seen. Definitely was the talk for the rest of the day. Thank you!!!

I wanted to let you and let you know about my drive through experience on 2/15/23. You have a taller employee, kind of curly hair, he was working the drive through when I picked up my call-in order. He was AWESOME, he was very polite and made me feel like a valuable customer. He apologized, even when it only took him a minute to get my food, he made sure my order was correct and thanked me for coming in and said have a great night and enjoy your food. I had to let you know what a five-star employee you have. I called and spoke to the manager to give this employee his kudos. I can’t imagine the amazing dine-in experience this employee gives. Way to go on having a great employee. Fast and Friendly! Food was wonderful as always. Truly great experience.

We recently took our youth group here when out for a day of pizza and bowling. The place was very clean, staff were fantastic, and the food was DELICIOUS. They have a great buffet, with pizza, salad, nachos/tacos, and great soup! The kids ate their fill and had a great time. The owner was so wonderful to us! I highly recommend for anyone!
