The service from the front desk was excellent. Her name is DEE. She was very good communicative and also a server, provided the breakfast for my family fairly quickly. Restroom was little bit on colder side but clean. I’m not from the neighbourhood, and came here first time but had positive vibes from the team working here. Good work to all, and special thanks to that cashier DEE (+ coffee ☕️ maker + sandwiches maker + server) Amazing A superwoman!

Tim Hortons is consistently a great place to eat and have coffee drinks. This location is a very nice looking setting that offers a bright room and of course very good food and coffee. You can always get a fresh donut or muffin or a great sandwich. It was very enjoyable and Loki I highly recommend visiting this Tim Hortons location.

Another Tim’s that rings you up for the amount of espresso you want and then gives you way less. I just ordered 4shot of Espresso on the side for one of ny drinks. They gave me what looks like a dbl shot if that. I am sick and tired of every Hortons in the area doing this. I don’t know if it’s store level or management telling them to do this or store owner maybe?!?! …or just complete laziness of the workers!!! You are literally STEALING!!! You are taking money in return for goods/services in which I don’t receive my full order. Do better yall. This is why I stopped tipping

I was just at your store on Robinson Rd this morning…. we went through the drive thru…. the woman who was taking our order couldn’t hear us AND SHE WAS VERY FRUSTRATED…. then we get to the window the girl TAKING OUR MONEY had a personality of a pea …. RIDICULOUS…. we had an 18.00 order and your scanner for the app. Wouldn’t work SO WE LOST OUT ON OUT POINTS …. Never will we come to this sight AGAIN !!!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Fiance goes out of his way to travel an extra 15 minutes to this tim Hortons since it is usually the better one. Absolutely not. Two employees were also very rude. Unacceptable. Health department should take a visit.

I am ok with Tim Hortons to a point. I am not really a fan of places that are stagnit in terms of what is made. Most everything does not change. Does not improve. Computers are disorgonized. Many items, many pages, many ways to easily destroy someones orders. Many buttons like (ah la carte) that dont get used so people pay the same price even if they dont want certain things on there food. Drive thru is great, as long as orders dont exceed 2 to 3 drinks, or sandwiches, or combinations. Get bad when people want 30 dollar worth of item. And the bosses are yelling cause they expect time to always be low. 2min at drive thru order sreen to 25 seconds at the actual window. To cash people out and hand them what they wanted. Lots of people buying gift card in drive thru when they should be coming in to buy them. Holidays are now here. But the baker cannot make christmas donuts because the sprinkes are not the colors that r needed to make the christmas feel. One box says red. U look in and it is hot pink. Look in the box thats says green and u get lime green. Pink= Light purple. Blue is ocean blue. For me to many reasons not to ever give a place like this a good raiting.

Order ahead in the app because you’re in a rush and want to save time, right? Don’t bother with this site. I went inside to get it since drive thru had 6 cars still waiting to order when I arrived. The workers are walking around, talking, eating ice out of a cup between waiting on customers and give no explanations such as “it’s almost ready” or “we’re waiting on such and such” but instead keep asking me what I’m waiting on “I’m waiting on the mobile order I placed 20 minutes ago for 2 iced capps and 2 bagels and at the moment, you’re holding on the bacon, now that the eggs were cooked!” Then I still had to wait for the bagels! No one apologized for the wait. It would have been faster to go through the drive thru since all those cars AND MORE had already ordered, gotten their food and LEFT before I did.
