I had thought the Westbrook Chipotle was the worst until I went to Windham today. It looked like a rice and cheese explosion had occurred in the restaurant. It was disgusting. They were out of basically out all proteins. The steak looked like it was a week old. Seven people working and nobody had the sense to clean up and restock. One employee was cooking chicken while on his cell phone and another employee just watching him. For the prices that Chipotle charges, you would figure they would run a decent establishment. Whoever is responsible for managing that restaurant needs serious training or be fired. Corporate really needs to look into these Maine restaurants.

I honestly thought the South Portland location was bad but Windham took the cake I stopped in Saturday night after a really long day and having nothing ro eat all day granted it was 9:30 I ordered a simple veggies bowl I asked for rice I barely got any rice the girl behind the counter seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered even the filling was very light but the girl in front of me her bowl was over flowing. Never again will I ever get food from here no matter hthe location

I’m not super super picky, but when the cleanliness of an establishment leaves me feeling nauseated, that’s not a me issue. I couldn’t find a clean surface. I had to ask for a table to be cleaned off, and there was still stuff stuck to it after he “cleaned” it, there was food on the floor, there was food on the counter around the soda machine and where the cutlery is kept, and then befind the counter is a nightmare. And they weren’t understaffed (there was at least one guy standing around doing nothing) and it wasn’t busy! It was super disgusting.

Out of vegetables, out of proteins, very dirty most of the time, “we are only taking online orders today”.Here is a new one. You cannot order a cheese Quesadilla when you walk in. You need to order it online. Why? The counter that makes the Quesadillas is about 7 feet away from the cash register. Way to difficult to turn you head and say “Can I get 2 Cheese Quesadilla to go” I mean it’s 7 feet away. You might hurt yourself.

Great food and great people that seem really friendly and it’s always busy inside yet the employees are always getting every customer out in a quick way and very friendly. By far the best Chioptle I have been to so far. And the food was on point. My favorite part of the experience is when the store manager or general Manger comes out and asks how my meal is going and how my day is. It’s very personable and friendly atmosphere. And I see the cashier clean the tables after every person leaves or as soon as they can which is very often. Just overall it feels above and beyond for any fast food restaurant I’ve been too. Very clean and very friendly. Would absolutely recommend to come and try it out.

Portions are awful. Even with extra guac, sour cream, and lettuce on a bowl, I could still see the bottom. It’s happened twice. One online order and the second time I asked for more and the said it would be extra. I’d go to luchador, but who knows when they are open… haha

We decided to give Chipotle the benefit of the doubt despite the reviews here and ordered online for delivery via GrubHub. What a waste of time and money. The portions were about half the size (or less) we’ve gotten from other Chipotles (both in Maine and around the country), ingredients were left off every item, and our food was unusually salty. The food had a LOT more (non-salty) flavor than the other recently-opened Tex-Mex spot in town, though, so I’ll give it one more shot in person.

This place offers horrible Togo service. Everytime I go they cut portions if you’re ordering Togo. Today I ordered and paid for a double portion of meat thinking surely if I pay extra they’ll be motivated to make it right. Nope, they didn’t even put a normal amount of chicken in my burrito. Since I ordered on the app, I had to settle the complaint on the app which apparently means you get a coupon for BOGO that has a short expiration date on it. I wouldn’t go to this chipotle.

I have visited this chipotle frequently and I am disappointed in the little to no customer service. There are always plenty of workers but never a: “hello”, or a “we’ll be right with you”, “sorry for the wait”, or even a smile from most workers. The only time I received amazing customer service was from a worker called Kiana I believe. The cleanliness is also usually an issue although I carry out I haven’t had to deal with that personally. The food is amazing, I just hope they can improve on their customer service.
