I haven’t been here in awhile but it used to be my go to place for catfish because it was just that good. Yesterday I was feeling fried chicken and it was a great choice! My husband said it was a bit salty but that just means it was seasoned perfectly. We like our okra extra crispy and well done so I was so happy to see the guy in the back scoop out an order from the already cooked batch and drop it back in the fryer for us to get it just right. It was perfect! Service was great, iced tea was excellent! I’ll be back for catfish soon.

I am only giving my review for the great hospitality from China. She was amazing. Now while placing my order “Danna” decided to be rude and I made sure to get her name. I’ve addressed that after picking my food up saying to be kinder. Your role does not define your dignity and superior version on what anyone nor you put out representing the workforce you signed up for. It’s only chicken express, calm down Danna. Treat your costumers with respect period. Again, thank you China for your 10 second great hospitality service that had the impact for me to come back because of you!!! ♥️ it’s all about the presentation!

Food is delish! Service has been subpar lately though. Giving me five drinks without the drink holder bag? It seems like it’s almost every time now. And the lady working the drive thru, she is extremely rude!! I thought this the last time I went, but it happened again today. She cuts you off talking and isn’t very helpful at all. Don’t recommend putting her at the front of your customer service. I don’t think I’ll be back for awhile.

Quality of the food is good. The lady in the drive thru was like a robot. I politely asked if she could repeat my order and she said original roll okra tea (just four words). I asked her what an original roll is and she seemed frustrated with me. Talk to me like I am a customer, not one of the kitchen staff. I have not been trained on your menu lingo.

The fish served is of poor quality and the filet is the thickness of a cracker. The chicken tenders have the same qualities as the fish. Quick service but cardboard food. Worthy of one look, that look would be in the rear view mirror. An alternate restaurant would be a good decision.
