I ordered shrimp salad, and they sent the wrong order. When I called, they said they would make the shrimp salad for me to go pick it up. When I picked it up, the shrimp was cold and frozen. When I called to complain, i asked for management, and they said there is no manager, and they didn’t acknowledge the problem and hang up on me without any accountability. So disappointed

I am surprised to see the rating of this restaurant is not as high as I thought it should be. I tired this place a couple of times and so far it is my favorite. I often get Chicken quesadilla, it is delicious and filling and often can’t finish the whole meal even though it is tempting to do so. I tried Chicken Tacos as I wanted a lighter meal. The Tacos were delicious, the chicken was well seasoned and toped with fresh vegies. Staff also are so friendly, I definitely recommend this place.

Great location and good food. I ordered the Plato Montanéro, it was very delicious and hot, everything was packed with alot of flavor. The restaurant seems to have been recently renovated and the seats are very nice. We came here 2 years ago and alot has changed since then. One thing we did not like was the Papusa that had the pork and cheese, I’d suggest changing the cheese used in the Papusa. Overall everything was great and the service was pretty quick and friendly, we’ll be back again soon.

I ordered beef nachos and an authentic soda in a beautiful bottle . Definitely was the restaurant quality fresh tortilla chips used with boatloads of fresh green shredded lettuce and some pickled jalapenos that also looked restaurant made not from package . So delicious and great place to chillax for an hour and listen to music they had on some nice Mexican music on the flat screen . It’s very pretty and the bathrooms are super clean I look forward to treating myself to go there again .

I’m a regular here. Honestly the food taste good, but the service always makes me feel upset. If you have special requests they never can do it. Customer service is one of the most important things when you work in hospitality. More training for your staff.

UPDATE 6/1/17!: I ORDERED FOOD THE OTHER DAY AND NOW ME AND MY 3 CHILDREN WHO ARE 2 AND UNDER HAVE FOOD POISONING! NO BUENO…THAT SHOWS THIS PLACE IS CLEARLY UNSANITARY AND OR USING WRONG METHODS TO COOK. CONTAMINATION IS REAL! CLEAN YOUR COOKWARE, SEPARATE THE MEATS, AND DON’T USE THE SAME UTENSILS TO COOK WHEN RAW MEAT HAS TOUCHED IT!!! THIS IS CLEARLY A VIOLATION. AND I WAS A FAN.

I ordered veggie nachos as I have done multiple times in the past however this time when I went to pick my order up they said it was not done and that they did not know how to make the order. The lady was extremely rude and I find it interesting how you don’t know how to make it but were quick to charge my card. Also the styrofoam they gave me looked like it had been bitten by a rodent. I am bilingual and speak Spanish, they were not aware and were talking about me in front of me. Overall bad service, unsanitary and mediocre food.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I’ve been ordering from this place for years and it’s gone downhill badly. The waitresses are RUDE. They have the nastiest attitude ever. When you eat there, food takes forever to get to your table. If you order delivery, it takes over an hour to get your food.
