Lady wouldn’t really let me talk when I was trying to tell her about my mobile order, Kept cutting me off then asked if I was another persons order when I had already told her my name, I only ordered a slush and a tea a “sweet tea” mind you well I guess they didn’t have sweet tea so they put unsweetened tea and like a half cup of sugar in there and that’s all I got a drink of was straight sugar.

My burritos didn’t taste right at all they were cold like they’ve been sitting. Nothing had flavor my fiance got a burger nothing tasted right out drinks were wrong they didn’t have the full flavor like they normally do our fries were cold and not even salted and I had them remake my burrito and they still did not make it right like it did not taste right like they need to make go back to their original tortilla shells because these ones are way too big tortilla overpowers the food and the burger look like it was just thrown together like it wasn’tmade right like he said it didn’t taste right at all

If I could give a zero star I would. Every time I come to this sonic they are always rude and act like your order is an inconvenience. They never let you finish your order before asking if there’s anything else. Literally after every item ordered they say anything else before you can even add more items. It’s very annoying. This time however I ordered a meal they never brought. I waited 40 min before just leaving. As several cars came and went beside me and through the drive through.
