On 2/27/23 I ordered a grinder sandwich and fries. Pickup time was 6:31. I arrived at 6:30, and as soon as I walked in the young man said I haven’t even started your order yet, it will take another 15 Minutes. It was not done until 6:56!

I ate here for the first time today with my girlfriend and son and will definitely never eat here again. We placed an order online at 4:45pm for curbside and the order wasn’t even made when arriving at the designated time. We called to let them know we were here, and the employee was stuttering and just ended up passing the phone to another employee who had absolutely no idea what was going on. This to me is very poor customer service.

This particular location is no good. It was great when it first opened, but has since gone very much downhill. Several sandwiches no longer available, very dirty restaurant, short-staffed, took forever to get food, and overly-priced. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, and I’ll never be coming back.

Made an order in the drive thru. They took my payment as soon as I got to the window and proceeded to ignore more for the next 20 minutes. I am still waiting at the window. There were no cars in the drive thru when I got here. They could atleast communicate things are taking a bit or hand me my drink at the very least.

I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and it was awesome! My only complaint would be the ordering process. It was actually pretty confusing. For those who have not been here, I’d recommend bringing someone who has! You come in and write your order on a bag, which doesn’t sound too confusing, but there were no directions to do so, so me and many other guests after me just went to the register to order. They then explained how it worked but like I said, confusing at first!

In the sandwich hierarchy (for me) it was always Jersey Mikes first, then Potbelly, Jimmy John’s, and Subway last. Which Wich just took a new last place. The bread was weak, tuna was gray and flavorless, toppings weren’t fresh, avocado gray and you could tell they tried their best to cover up the stale flavor with a lot of lime. The ordering process is not customer centric and frankly just a dumb use of automation. Choices are also so similar and limited that once you’ve had 1 or 2 menu items, you’ve had them all. Won’t be returning.

The tuna was the lowest quality, it did not have mayo, the bread was dead white… as in undercooked … Not at all a good quality tuna fish sandwich. And we loved them before!!!!
