Today (04/14/23 – 2:32PM) I came into a very clean and well maintained lobby, it made me feel welcomed as I came in to get food for my sibling and I. My server at the counter, Marvin, was very kind and attentive to us. His guidance with the menu and mannerisms were greatly appreciated going above and beyond for us. The food quality itself was fresh, filling, and just right. I would greatly recommend this location, and I’m grateful for Marvin, letting my sibling and I have BK our way. 🙂

Unbelievably bad service. Had a mobile order for pick up at 1:05 pm. Ordered the Impossible Wopper at 12:45 before I left work for lunch. I get there & not only is it not ready at 1:10 but it’s still not prepared at 1:27… I asked how much longer & I was told, “I can’t run the front and back,” really?… then get a job that better suits your skill level. I get the burger 5 min later… a Whopper, not an impossible whopper. He decided it was a good time to take his frustration out & I decided to be the bigger person. The sandwich was remade incorrectly & I left. I work close but will NEVER GO BACKTOTHIS LOCATION. I know not to expect “high” quality, but the attitude & service is VERY BAD.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Ordered through the app and still waited over 20 minutes in line AND they didn’t give our other burger. Drive the extra 5 minutes into Groveland. No wonder this place was closed for months. Absolutely AWFUL. OH, I forgot to add, their phone number is also disconnected and just beeps.

Live close by and keep giving this place a try – well this will be the last time. Service is the slowest I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant, not expecting gourmet meals, however I would still hope it’s edible. The picture is of the biscuit my breakfast sandwich came in…. I highly recommend heading down the highway to the better one, if there is a sudden urge for BK. Now I see why this parking lot is always empty!

Old run down building should have turned me away but I gave it a try. Ordered burgers no cheese, cashier tried to convince me to get it. I said I did not want it. Guess they force cheese on people. Twenty minutes at window, wasnt going back to get it fixed.

I don’t know why I bother. They are horrible. The food is never up to par and it’s location is terrible to get in and out of. The parking lot was empty and I was the only one in drive thru. A lady comes on the speaker “can I help you” as I start to order a different voice interrupts me “ONE MINUTE MA’AM” Please make up your mind! I paid toooo much for this nasty food. It was supposed to be a large. Instead I received the scraps at the bottom of the hash brown bag and a cold sandwich. They are slow. They are rude. Dingy. And please don’t ask for napkins or condiments. If you must have BurgerKing, take a few extra minutes and drive to Groveland.

Horrible! I ordered a whopper meal and opened it to find it swimming in mayonnaise! The bread was soggy in mayo – disgusting. I was too tired to turn my car around but I won’t ever go back there again.

Terrible service. Waited for 10 minutes at the drive-thru speaker. After the last car in front of me left I was trying to talk to the speaker to see if they would get my order, after 2 more minutes I drove to the window to ask if she can take my order now and said I’ve been waiting 10 minutes and there are no cars in front of me. She then said, “I don’t know if you can see, but it’s just 2 of us here. I can take your order at the speaker and not the window,” and left. Skip this place if you see a line. Wendy’s isn’t short staffed. Go there instead! Can’t wait to see it go out of business with all the 1 star reviews. Just a matter of time.
