Wonderful local gem of a breakfast place. Welcoming staff. Coffee was better than many breakfast spots I’ve been too. A huge variety of breakfast foods with twists (pancakes, waffles, crepes, French toast and more). Portions are generous and you might want to choose a half order. Clean space with a rustic warm feel.

The food was not good at all! We both had stomach issues after our visit. I think they should clean their waffle maker since mine had black burnt spots all over them. The fruit is canned or frozen and gross. It wouldn’t be difficult to do better at home in a much nicer atmosphere.

This is THE best breakfast place! I haven’t been here in a while but the food is still awesome! I couldn’t decide so I ordered everything I wanted and brought home the rest for leftovers. I got 3! buckwheat pancakes, bacon, and an omelette with mushrooms, spinach, and onion. My husband ordered 2 eggs sunny side up and corned beef hash. My omelette tasted so fresh, I could see the fresh mushrooms slices, and a generous amount of spinach. Everything was so good! This has been open since 1959 and so happy we have a place like this in Addison! Also, there potato pancakes are just so good!

We were seated right away. Our waitress was very sweet and knowledgeable. Their food was delicious especially their hash browns. Most places have super crispy/overcooked hash browns or under cooked. This place cooked them perfectly. I had their burrito with bacon, spinach & cheese. The waitress said they made their own salsa & it was good. She wasn’t lying it was flavorful & had just enough spice. Dad had eggs hash browns & toast. He said all of it was tasty.

If you need some of the best hotcakes you’ve ever had you need to come to Millie’s Pancake House! The recipe has been the same over 15 years that I’ve been coming here. And as far as I’m concerned this is above and beyond but when my hot cakes came to the table there was a 🙂 in the pancakes! I’m going to leave a picture and you be the judge. I always generous tip and the 🙂 just sent it over the top! So thank you to Millie’s for the wonderful breakfast and Happy Holidays to all the staff and waitresses!

This place isn’t a 4.5 stars. It’s a 10 EASLEY. I will never do IHOP again because this place has never let me down. I leave full and never disappointed. MILLIE’S is Addison’s BEST kept secret. WAIT! The customer service is also a 10. They simply treat you the way they want to be treated and people are people at MILLIE’S.

I always get disappointed in a breakfast place when I ask for sugar free syrup and they still put powdered sugar on my food. Why? What did my request translate to in their brain? And then, here is my favorite part. When the order taker saw me scraping off the powdered sugar because I am watching my A1C, she did not offer to fix the order.
