Restaurant was extremely clean and the young lady at the front was very courteous. After having a negative experience at Donna’s across the street I Google Jamaican restaurant in the area and came across this one. The food was delicious and warm and the lady at the front desk really turned my day around. Highly recommend. Everyone also had a mask on

Food is okay but customer service is horrible. The people who work there hate their job and just want to be lazy. When I use to go there back in 2007 I normally ordered curry chicken. It cost less than $10 for a small plate. I gave a $20 at the time and got back $4. The cashier had the nerve to tell me that price increases and about taxes and so forth. (I was 13-14yrs old at the time) I let her keep the $7 but I never went back to them again. My parents use to go there upon till recently. My dad waited for over 30min for his food b/c the cashier was too busy talking on her phone. I told him about my bad experience and now no one in my house go there anymore. If you want good food and service go to Young’s Jamaican restaurant or Macca Tree.

Food was good. I had the jerk chicken. What I liked about it is that it was grilled and not baked. But it was a little dry for my taste. The jerk sauce had a kick but not super spicy. Rice had nice coconut taste. Will go back and try other items. They could give more meat.

It’s pretty good food! We were working in the area helping homeowners in foreclosure and decided to try a new restaurant. The service is fast and friendly. I am very satisfied with this restaurant. Definitely worth a try if you’re around here. I highly recommended this place.

I paid 70 dollars for 4 brown stew fish.and we all had to trash the food! It didn’t taste like the fish was fried first. It was soft like steam. Mr. Eddie cooked the fish. I was so disappointed. Also the little girl at the front she’s very rude!!. No more mi yard for me. I only ate there because Maca tree was close.
