Courtney was lovely! Very attentive and was patient and excellent customer service. There was a manager there, Desiree, who yelled at the staff the entire time and it made it uncomfortable. A leader leads by example and motivates her team without having to scold and treat them like children. They were extremely busy and she should have just chipped in and helped rather than yell at an already busy and overwhelmed staff. We love this waffle house and all of their staff and have never experienced this until today.

Staff was less than…I asked who was in charge and the reply was “They are ROCKSTAR cooks.” The person (Greg) who took my order, was the same person who bagged my order. I gues because he was doing two “jobs” at once, he forgot to put on gloves while handling food. Needless to say, Greg put his hands on my bacon in order to package it up. Looks like he’s making me some new bacon, lol.

Plz go to any other Waffle House but this one I’ve been coming here for years and never had a problem until now I went up there and got my food and the bacon was not done and they put the littlest spoonful of eggs in the bowl and when I called to get it corrected I was rudely taken care of over the phone the staff attitude was horrible and the mangers attitude was even worse all I wanted was to either have my food corrected or get my money back and got neither of the two DO NOT GO TO THIS WAFFLE HOUSE
