Customer service is horrible. Will literally take your order and walk away, won’t even tell you how long of a wait, I skip orders when I bruh hub here too. I’ve also ordered food from here and my rice was COLD. Dirty restaurant it’s just a big no for me, would rather go to RED BOWL on Diamond & Fulton. Always fresh and better lunch specials

I ordered Beef Lo Mein and Orange Chicken. Because these are popular orders I assumed this would be a good way to test the quality. The food was incredibly salty. The noodles were mush. The chicken was hard as a rock. The broccoli was undercooked and not seasoned. I ended up returning my food to the restaurant. I hope the kitchen staff looked at what was sent out. 0/10 high key do not recommend

I love the shrimp fried rice as well as the general TSO chicken it is very good the egg rolls and crab Rangoon is good. Make sure your not in a hurry to come here for they are fairly busy at this location but the food is hot and filling. Customer service is fair

I ordered the shrimp with lobster sauce. The food was horrible. I was disappointed. I was so hungry when we ordered the food. It only took ten minutes for the food to get done. But it was the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. I will not be going back.

This place was disappointing. My go to Chinese place closed, so I decided to check this out. I called twice and the line was busy so I just went over there. I ordered crab rangoon and general tso’s chicken. It was ready quickly, and I brought it home. This is the only Chinese place I’ve been to that doesn’t give sweet and sour sauce for crab rangoon, so that was the first disappointment. The food was not good, 5 bites in I felt like I was going to vomit, and ended up throwing out 3/4 of the food. The chicken was soggy and the sauce just wasn’t good. I won’t go back here.

I love coming here for the good food and friendly couple that run it. If you get the chance try the Hot & Sour soup. It’s amazing and the best I’ve gotten. And I’ve tried it at a lot of Asian restaurants.

I have lived in grandrapids Michigan for over 30 years, and I remember when they first opened the restaurant, and everything was good, the food ect. But is being like a few years that their food is nasty ,my wife and I has been getting sick with their food, they are using old oil the chicken wings are not the same they over cooked them the rice is always old and burn, ect .I will not recommend anyone to this place anymore, food is nasty, and old oil.
