Don’t go here and expect to spend less than an hour. Food was good and hot. Normal NM chile spice level, not too hot, but good flavor in their red. Staff was friendly, but I felt like those who seemed like locals were getting better attention and their orders out quicker. Our party of four was the same size or smaller than these other parties. The portions were decent but if you go there hungry get something big.

The food is always amazing. Staff is friendly and the food is home made. When I say home made, it’s home made. Everything is fresh and cooked to order. This is the best restaurant in Socorro county by far. Real good fresh product. The fresh chips and salsa are a must.

Had the Mexican omelette and it was really good. I like my food spicy so asked for a side of salsa and it was very good too. Wish I had room to have some chips and salsa. Service was great and very fast. Good was very reasonable in cost. Was happy to see they had a good number of customers. Great little gem in this very tiny town on our way out of the preserve.

The food was delicious. The tacos, enchiladas, & stuffed sopaipilla were wonderful! The red chili was a little hot & tasted really good. The salsa had good flavor & the chips were crunchy goodness. Also, the service was terrific. The young man that assisted us was very attentive & made sure our drinks were always kept full which was much appreciated. I definitely recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.

A little busy when I arrived, I decided to dine in. Waited at my table for over 20 minutes as waitress checked on every table but mine. I eventually went to the counter to ask for a menu it was at that time that the waitress came over to take my order. An hour had passed by the time I received my order. The food was delicious. However, the wait was not worth it.
