Cool spot with character, good service and very good food. Got pancakes, eggs and sausage. Great coffee. Pancakes were fluffy. Server was great and nice enough to give my wife a side of berries which was off menu. Get there before 8:30 to avoid a short wait.

We had the Bacon Avacado Benedict and the Higgins Scramble during our recent visit to Whitefish. The Benedict was fresh and delicious and the scramble was made with quality ingredients as well. Staff was fast and attentive, and their house poor coffee was a very strong dark roast I enjoyed. This is also a known staple for locals recommended to me by a friend that grew up there. So good we ate here twice in a day! We were recommended breakfast and burgers from Buffalo Cafe during our Whitefish stay and they did not disappoint. 1000% recommend the Bacon & Avocado Benedict, it was amazing. Our evening waitress Kellie was the sweetest person on the face of the planet. Great atmosphere too. We will definitely be back for more!

Wait time took shorter than initially expected . Good food & good service. We had the whiskey peach & beef stroganoff. The only negative about our dining was that it took a bit longer to get our menu & also to pay because our server was a bit busy chatting up the woman of the table next to us. But it was somewhat comical given that her husband didn’t seem to pleased.

We LOVED coming to Buffalo cafe. They had many great options to choose from but we had to go with the classic cheeseburger and it was DELICIOIS! Great service, great atmosphere-I would highly recommend this place!

Salad was good, nice restaurant, decent servers. The music was WAY too loud, though and the staff could have been a bit nicer. I felt like I was bothering them just because they had to come over and get our order and stuff. We are locals, we might come back and try again, hope it’s better then because the food was good.

We ate here for breakfast. I ordered their signature Buffalo Pie, the Leslie. It just said “grilled vegetables”, but it was mainly broccoli. I found the hash browns were a bit dry. Their blueberry buttermilk pancakes were fantastic as was the huckleberry milkshake. Their service was excellence. The restaurant was smartly decorated with a beautiful copper ceiling, but it made it a bit loud. It’s busy, so get there early.

Delicious breakfast spot. We got one of the “pies,” and pancakes. Large portions, reasonable prices, and great food. If you want a shake, order it up front, unfortunately I did not and they didn’t ask if we wanted dessert after eating breakfast.

Great breakfast or lunch spot! Went around 12:30pm on a Sunday, there was a bit of a wait but it was worth it! Service was friendly and fast once you get your table. I had the California Club and it was delicious! Atmosphere is casual, but nice. I will definitely be returning next time I’m in Whitefish!
