The food was okay this trip, but it was obviously not how I ordered it on the app. The app didn’t tell me my food was ready (like normal) and my food wasn’t on the to go shelf. There wasn’t anyone else in there so I asked if my order was ready and the girl behind the counter said yes. It seemed like they were all just chatting and not really paying attention. I’ll be back again and if it’s a better experience, my rating will increase.

I found two long brown hairs in my burrito bowl. Way smashed in there so I know it wasn’t just my hair that fell into the bowl. My hair also isn’t as long as these hairs were. They also did not cook the fajita veggies, as the red onion and peppers were almost completely raw and made the dish taste terrible. My bowl was also missing salsa and guacamole which obviously I paid extra for. I ordered a Kids Cheese build your own and we did not receive any cheese at all. We also only got one taco shell when there is supposed to be two. I cannot believe how terrible of an experience this was. I’m a single Mom who wanted to treat her son to a Valentines Day dinner and this is what we got.

It was our first time coming to Chipotle. The staff was very friendly, very helpful with their menu. We ended up getting a chicken queso burrito with fajitas and a barbacoa bowl. The food and the chips and guacamole were really good.

Ordered a steak bowl with queso and received neither but of course was charged for both. When we returned we got handed a cup with both. Also ordered a steak burrito with guacamole and once again received neither but charged for both. Absolutely mind blowing how you miss the main component. 8:30pm. Not busy. Ordered for pick up so not rushed. Love

This is the 3rd order in a row over the last 45 days that I’ve picked up like this. I hate to leave a bad review because I like Chipotle and as a former employe I understand what the company is capable of. there is no more than an ounce of protein and a dabble of sour cream(only on one side of the bowl). Normally this team performs pretty great but the quality has been sliding for some time now.

This was the worst service I have ever encountered. It took over 15 minutes to get my food. The employees were completely clueless. They were stingy and barley filled my bowl with anything; I had to ask for double on everything. They messed up several orders, mine included. So don’t come here if you value your time and money. Or at least choose a different Chipotle.

I tried several times to place an online order, it didn’t go through and wouldn’t even attempt to charge my card. I tried again on desktop thinking it would be different, it wasn’t. I called and spent 20 minutes talking to their stupid machine to place my order and it couldn’t place my order again. I tried calling and speaking to someone at the restaurant where we’d be picking it up and they said they couldn’t take my order over the phone. So incredibly frustrating.
