I don’t usually write reviews but I felt I needed to. Roberto’s is usually good for making a decent Asada taco. I went to there the other night ordering 4 tacos with rice and beans. Sat in the lobby waited over 10 minutes grab my to-go order went home..opened it up and the meat was ice cold the taco toppings were sloppy, and the tortillas were stale and hard as a rock. I ended up throwing everything away. I just made myself dinner at home. Very disappointed. Bad experience. Do not think I will return to Roberto’s for sometime especially this location. Not to mention I wasted pretty much $30 bucks on something I threw in the trash.

This is place is out of line! They literally served me OLD rice like when u leave it in a closed container and it get that spoiled smell and slimy texture…. Like I’m surprised they are still open I kept trying to give them chances but that spoiled rice was the last straw

Love the food here! A friend turned me on to Robertos when I visit Henderson. Good prices for the amount of food and is authentic. Recommend any of the tacos and burritos. Look forward to going back!

Quality is just ok. Meat is a little dried out, and the prices are quite high for what you’re getting. But this place is quite reliable for some quick Mexican bites. Watch out for this parking lot, though. Crazy drivers coming out of Starbucks who aren’t looking at the road.

DO NOT COME HERE! My first time almost eating at this location…I had called to place an order when my partner brought the food out to the car I made sure to check and for 2 meals that cost over $22 I had to immediately go back inside and get a REFUND!! Both meals had very little beans or rise and hardly any cheese on any of it also one of the meals was enchiladas and the sauce from the enchiladas was all over the beans!!!! I don’t know why anyone would come here the owner is very skimpy on the servings it’s absolutely ridiculous if I wanted to give my 2 year old some of the rice or beans I couldn’t because there wasn’t even enough!!! Like I said I’m paying over $22 for what?? In addition the employees are not friendly at all the guy in the back had whispered something to the girl under his breath after she told him I was not happy with my food!!! They didn’t dare take a look at the food in the box either because they knew it was wrong what they had done. This place is really just a waste of your time try to avoid this location!

Sadly the only reason I go is it’s the only Mexican place up here in Anthem. The food is inconsistent. Although sometimes it’s pretty good. It’s more often average to poor quality. Soggy tortillas on the tacos, tired guacamole and too often just a bad meal altogether. To top it off. When you call to place an order. They just hang up on you…. I guess they are really doing me a favor ☺
