Matt & his team are an absolute dream to work with. They had (2) food trucks at our last corporate event with awesome variety; from beef brisket to caprese to salmon salads. Everything was delicious and employees raved about the quality. The sides were awesome too; I loved the couscous salad. We will work with Manna/Gourmet Guy again for sure! I appreciate how communicative the team is too! Thanks for a great event!

They came to the Cleveland job corps campus for employee appreciation day. We got to choose 1 free item for lunch. It was pretty good. Just your basic kinda sandwiches and chicken tender is what most of the kids got. I tried the Hawaiian jerk pork sandwich. It was alright. Nothing unique to me. Nothing spectacular. Meat was lil dry. Cous cous salad was okay too. Overall it was just okay to me. Kids enjoyed it!

Tried their Caprese Grilled Cheese. Bread was nicely toasted on the outside but the thinnest layers of cheese I have ever seen and they weren’t even melted. The pesto was undetectable both in flavor and visibility. The tomato slice was almost crunchy. Their other dishes may have been great and I will say that their kitchen was spotless. Service was good as well. I may try something else next time.

Friendly workers, excellent service and delicious food. Possibly the best chicken tenders I’ve ever had, no exaggeration. Fairly priced menu and good portions. Your ranch dressing was delicious! I really appreciate the fact that you guys make your own ranch dressing, even as a food truck. You did an excellent job at our community pool the other day and are well-deserving of a positive review. I’m the guy who ordered a cheeseburger with cheese on the side (haha) for my mom and her friend– they also really enjoyed the food. Come back to our pool again asap, we need food there! Hope to see you guys around again soon.

We had Matt and The Manna Truck come out to cater our son’s Big 10th B-Day Bash…AND they were AMAZING!!! Everyone got to select from our menu and raved about how delicious their dinner was. The service was also impeccable! We wanted “top notch” for this VIP double digit event and we most definitely got it with The Manna Truck being there! It was one of the highlights of the party for sure!!!

I ordered chicken tenders and tots. The tenders were exactly the kind that they serve at the hospital or school cafeteria, sort of a chicken mush that was breaded, except I paid $10 for them. They should not even have these on the menu, its embarrassing. McDonalds would have been better.

Tots and chicken tenders were super dry and seemed over cooked. Only option for sauce for the tenders was ranch even though they sell BBQ on the truck which seemed odd. Prices were decent and service was fast, but food was disappointing.

We booked The Manna food truck for our sons graduation party this past weekend and they blew it out of the park! The truck was sparkling! Even under the sink was clean, and no one ever cleans under the sink. The food was incredible, I think the brisket was the hit of the party. My favorite was the Greek chicken wrap, that cucumber dill sauce was so good! We had two young men cooking for a party of 100 and they kept that line moving. No one waited more than 5 minuts for their food. They were so friendly, polite and professional. I give them a 10/10. I highly recommend Matt and the Manna team to help make your event one everyone will remember! I know we will be using their services again in the future. Matt made booking the truck and planning the menu so easy I had more time to focus on my guests and the party. All around a great experience!
