This is a great place, I love to be able to customize my burger exactly how I like it, and they made 100% correct on the first try. It’s a no-thrills place, but the prices are fair, food very good and I appreciate that they hire local kids to give them a great starter job. There may be slight inconsistency in the staff’s attention to detail, but I think management will soon find their A-players and build upon them. Everybody is friendly here and it feels like a nice neighborhood eatery.

Just had moonies for the first time. Was a little shocked at the price. If it wasn’t as pricey I would give it more stars but for what they’re charging it doesn’t quite live up. It tastes more like a slightly elevated fast food place and unfortunately they forgot our sides, which is frustrating cause we took it to go. They did refund us which we appreciated but just overall not a great experience. I don’t think I’ll be back which is a shame cause the burgers themselves were tasty and seemed like quality ingredients but not enough to justify the price.

We enjoyed our burgers, Texas toast and whole wheat bun option, and fries. We took our order to go and enjoyed it at home. Burgers were a good size, and I loved that the bacon on mine was crispy. This is a good burger place for the Lakeway area, which is somewhat lacking in good food and restaurant options.

This was our first visit and will note be our last. The burger was excellent. The bun was fresh and tasted home made. I did find out that the buns come from a bakery daily. The meat was cooked to perfection, all the vegetables were fresh. The staff was friendly and anxious to please.

I cannot believe those negative reviews. Absolutely best turkey burger I ever tasted. I was there three times last week. Employees are courteous, swift and full of smiles. I truly believe those negative reviews are fake. Try it yourself! French fries and onion rings are perfectly done!

Tossed in an extra star because the fried mushrooms were good (even without any ranch dressing, which they didn’t provide), but the burgers were so disappointing! When you’ve got “burger house” in your name I expected something better what I can get at Wendy’s. My wife got the shroom and swiss, which had maybe one small mushroom diced up. I had the Hawaiian which was literally a single pineapple slice on a dry patty and nothing else. This was a $10 burger. I should have taken a picture because I was embarrassed for them. This was our first time at Moonies, so maybe we did something wrong? Maybe we didn’t get the right burgers? Idk but I’m not sure that we’re willing to try again.

My husband and I were excited to try this place out since it just opened close to us. We had been to a Moonie’s once in the past, but couldn’t remember much about it. I must admit that the experience left much to be desired. Despite what seemed like great and unique menu options and my high hopes, the overall quality of the meal and service fell short of expectations.

Nice place only the price is very high for the hamburgers, the fries are excellent but the taste leaves a lot to be desired, I am going to return and continue tasting the menu to give more opinions, it would be great to offer draft beer not all of us like to drink packaged In glass or can, better communication when ordering I had practically no assistance in whether they sell combos or some other detail, customer service is vital, I will surely return.
