This was a decent Pizza hut, until they desired to have a answering service to take orders, to lazy to answer the phone. For the past 3 year, we’d call and everything would be ready in 15 min. Now it 30 and still waiting. Just like everywhere else, customers service is dead. As for Pizza hut, it’s dead also. Don’t waste your time. Thanks for noticing.

Literally worked for the company and left because I could see it going downhill and management cares about nothing. Placed a pizza order and was called within 2 minutes to tell me “well we already started cleaning up things so we won’t be making your order. I can refund you though.” How lazy!! And to admit that you aren’t making it simply because you don’t feel like cleaning up again is really bold. I will be contacting corporate regarding this Edgar who calls himself a manager.

Ordered a pizza at 10:04, it said it’d be here by 10:39. Never got a call, never got an update on the app or an email. I waited for 20 minutes outside and finally my fiancé called at almost 11 and they said they had voided it a while ago. That would’ve been nice to know. Their pizza doesn’t taste like old school Pizza Hut anyways and I’ve had delivery issues before. Whatever. My fault for giving this location a chance time after time. I’m pregnant and hungry and really don’t care if I sound like a Karen right now.

We ordered 2 all meat pizza melts. Boy were they full of meat and cheese. Cooked to perfection. Not what I would expect from a “fast food” pizza joint. But these, we will go back for definitely!

I ordered pizza and wings at 10:25 this evening. Waiting while watching out for the delivery driver. At 11: 10 p.m. called to see why it hasn’t been delivered. First time the phone just hung up. Second time called the guy said we ran out of wings so the order was canceled. They didn’t even have the courtesy to call me and tell Me!! Worst customer service ever!! I will be there in the morning when they open. As I live right across from them!! And order all the time. This is extremely unexceptable!!

Terrible service, I placed an order online at 6:04 pm for a large pizza, I arrived to pick it up at 6:40 and they told me that they did not have my order, apparently they had delivered it to another person, they made me wait 30 minutes to deliver my pizza and The person I asked I imagine was the manager told me that in 6 minutes it would be ready but nevertheless I waited almost 30 minutes until 7:15 pm

Ordered the Chicken Bacon Parmesean Pizza Melt at 1:53, picked up my order in the the allotted time frame. Within 30 minutes of finishing, I had projectile vomiting and diarrhea. Definitely will not be returning to this Pizza Hut for any future orders.
