Ordered a tasty Classic Eggs Benedict with coffee on Sunday morning. Their service was nice and warm which made me as a solo traveler feel like home. Must try their breakfast dessert, caramel cinnamon roll!

Dinner at Carmella’s. WOWZA! Everything was a culinary masterpiece. Started with Crab Cake appetizer (no picture because we dug in so fast), Caesar Salad, Pasta Pomodoro, Cioppino, and Brazino en Papillote (Nightly Special). For desert: Ricotta Stuffed Profiteroles with warm chocolate sauce (was talking to a staff member when these arrived, and again, didn’t get a picture). There were 3 of them and they were beautiful and delicious. All pasta noodles are made fresh in house. Portions were very generous. Comment from my mom who had the Branzino: “This was the best meal I have ever had in a restaurant, including the meals the I had in Italy last year.” We all left stuffed, happy, and took home leftovers.

Great Italian food including some less common dishes. I often find restaurant Italian dishes have too much added salt, but not in the food we had at Carmella’s. Also, they have a pastry chef, so their deserts are excellent. We got one to eat in and one to go. Although there are several Italian eateries in Prescott already, this is probably my favorite.

Awful disgusting terrible Not impressed…frittata was just overcooked scrambled eggs w/veggies on top. Potatoes were over done and COLD. I couldn’t even chew them. Was not asked ” how is everything?”. Won’t waste my hard-earned $$ again!!!
