Wife ordered Frisco burger at drive thru and they forgot to put burger on it. Called to tell them what happened and only attitude on other end of phone. Didn’t want any money back. Just was letting them know what happened. Place is always one step forward and 10 steps back..

I went through the drive thru about 7. It almost looked deserted. I pulled up and ordered my food. The girl was friendly and ot my order accurate. They cooked everything fresh for me since she said a customer had not came in a while. I ordered the Frisco meal and it was fresh and hot as promised. Thanks guys!

Best fast food breakfast and biscuits there is! Good to see they got Staffing to have the dining room open. One thing that’s always puzzled me though is why they have their outdoor parking lot lights on 24/7. Sure would save a lot of money in overhead if you get a timer or a photo cell for those lights!

Went through the drive through this morning to get breakfast. Food was hot and delicious. The gentleman in the drive through was working both the counter and the window and apologized for the short wait multiple times. They definitely needed help but were doing the best they could with a smile.

Y’all. I haven’t been to Hardee’s in a while but I went today April 14th at 1:00 and the man working the window was absolutely fabulous and the sweetest person ever. And the food was absolutely top tier. I had to take a moment of silence for how delicious my burger was. Hats off to the crew today!
