It’s one of my favorite late night places to go! They have a large menu with lot’s of good options. I usually go for the Rib Tip Dinner, which is very good, cheap, and very fulfilling. The restaurant gets a lot of orders, so they are always super busy. It’s always best to call ahead no matter what to have a short wait time, even if you’re dining in. Open until 3AM with delivery, take out, and dining in.

Very good food, steak fries are great. I’ve had several menu items now and no complaints. Place seems a bit dated and can use some freshening up. I will say it was kind of the reason I ate there though, seemed well established. One thing… they do a better garlic bread than the rolls.

Over charged , and the food was ok. Didn’t realize I would get charged extra for a 10 piece chicken wings when you get 5 brbq and 5 buffalo. I guess the dipping sauce is extra smh.

At work (ohare airport, near irving park and Manhiem) Ordered here multiple times, never had a problem. I am exactly 1.9 miles from mugs.. I was called by them and they told me I am out of their way, they dont go my way.. they didn’t want to deliver to me. I am not out of their way I am down the block. Never again, they also owe me a 2 liter.. smh bad business but good food what ashame

Hot garbage went straight to the trash can. Besides disgusting sauce, this place doesn’t have the skill to cut completely through a pizza crust. The side salad was 50% the center bad part of iceberg lettuce. Awful and Sad Mugs should be a consideration for a name change. Cheers
