I was just in Casey’s and as I left the lady that was making the donuts was outside smoking a cigarette by the front doors and she said to me as I was leaving you know the cashier is my boyfriend right she has continued to be rude to me every time I come in I’ve been coming here for four years and my entire family comes here I don’t appreciate being harassed by the staff because she is insecure and working with her boyfriend. When I asked her for her name I couldn’t remember what is was she said she didn’t have one If I choose to come into Casey’s 5 or 10 times a day that’s my choice and my money that I’m spending in your establishment. I did speak to management but I got no apology and now when I go in theyre even ruder to me because I did a review on they’re store.

So we are rewards members and one numerous Rockstar drinks during the summer giveaway, and when we went to redeem, we were told they do not have any and try another casey’s. Keep in mind that the nearest is 15 miles away. 12/6/22 we went to get our free taffy from the new Christmas promotion and get drinks and gas. When I tried to use rewards, rewards were not working and did not get my taffy I received and could not use my rewards for gas. So we left, why offer programs when you do not carry the products, nor have an override system, even if you show the cashier you saved them on your phone. Only convenience store in town for 15 miles, guess we will take our money to that store and gas station.

Very large outbreak of Covid19 in Kansas. Kansas has a mandatory mask mandate. Sign on door says masks must be worn to enter. Only person wearing a mask was the guy making pizzas. Store clerk and the majority of customers maskless. If you don’t want to catch Covid19 avoid this location in Lacyne Kansas.

If I could give no stars I would.. this Casey’s is always out of everything, literally out of cups for months they said it was an order supply problem yet every other Casey’s had cups, now out of ice which will probably last months also. Breakfast is never done in the morning. Cashiers and employees are lazy there is never anything stocked clean or made. They wait until it’s complained about before refilling anything. Also the cashiers all look like their strung out, This Casey’s is TRASH.

Not clean. Out of gas often. No receipts at pumps more times than not! I avoid going inside! Most workers do not wear masks. Hate it when workers are out front smoking. Gas pump area mustn’t ever get cleaned. Most times you can’t even wash your windshield. Air for tires is broken often. Poor experience. No improvement even after complaining to district officials.

Ok…we get pizza at least once a month from Casey’s. It’s our family favorite for pizza. However, THIS TIME we got a supreme and it was the BEST EVER! Full of everything and was perfectly cooked for how full it was.

The worst Casey’s I have ever been to. Tiny selection which mostly is out of stock. The service is bad. The pizza service is bad and are made incorrectly so the food isn’t properly cooked as it should. There’s very low drink stock and the cashiers are rude and lazy.
