Have been coming to Top’s for years and I have to say, they are still the best in the area! Definitely not the kinda place you want to dine in for the atmosphere though. They are better for ordering out on a lazy night or just a day when you are craving some great Chinese food. They cook the food fast and fresh. A couple of times I came in right as they were about to close and they stopped everything and made the food with a smile. They pack the food to the brim for a good price.

When I lived near this establishment, I would frequently order food to take home to eat. Rarely did my orders get mixed up and the food was always great. It’s only a couple minutes from Langley’s west gate. The man at the counter is very helpful and patient, even with new customers. I ate here again not too long ago and found that much of the food and its service had changed. What is unfortunate though is the restaurant’s decorum appears to be on a decline in quality and looks like it needs a renovation. If you’re in the area and want good Asian food to go, this is a great candidate, just don’t look forward to eating indoors. There’s plenty of parking as well, since it is located next to 7-Eleven store.

Good prices, still disappointed with what I got. My white rice was drenched in the garlic sauce that comes with the “chicken garlic sauce,” leaving only a little corner still white. Will be finding something else for dinner.

The food was okay. It’s just they don’t give you enough for what, I paid. If you’ve ever noticed how SMALL the plastic dish has become. They’re charging more and giving you less. That, I don’t like. I work hard for my money and refuse to give it away. They all seem to be like that. Everyone wants the money but are hell bent on giving you less. I hope that helps you.

This place was really cool. They had my favorite (black pepper chicken). It was really good, however a little too much sauce for me. Customer service is lacking though. Don’t expect them to excel in that area. They are looking to get your food so that you can exit the building. Lol I’m not too mad though.

The lady who answers the phone can be rude. Food is ready fast but today witnessed them prepping and touching food with using gloves. Onions, shrimp and broccoli. The person up front took my money then went right in the back to finish prepping food, talking on the phone without washing her hands. Food is always bagged messy.

This is a great place to get great Chinese food, quickly, and at a good price. I enjoy the Wonton soup, boneless spare ribs, and vhicken with Cashew nuts most of the time, but i have never had anything that wasn’t absolutely wonderful.

I get the same meal every time and they try charging me more every single time I go in when somehow the quality of the meal has gone down over time. This place doesn’t care about the customers. I’ve been loyal for years and you charge me almost twice what I used to pay for lunch. Now I have to find a new favorite restaurant, not that you care..
