Lulu the Manager was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL nd GHETTO what type of manager comes back from break giving customers attitude… yelling and swearing like she not at work .. workers were more worried about the drive thru window than the customers inside … LULU needs to be retrained again or not even be a manager if she can’t handle her own temper !!!!!!!

What’s the priciest McDonalds on the island? Not Hawai’i Kai. Not Kailua. This one in Kapolei is the most expensive McDonald’s on Oahu. Good workers and great service. But avoid it. Everything is $2 – $6 more than other McDonald’s.

I ordered a 20 piece chicken mcnugget at Kapolei Wal-Mart and received 4 dipping sauces. The next day I went to the Kapolei McDonald’s across from Costco and only received 3 dipping sauces and was charged 59 cents for the fourth sauce. I won’t be doing business as this location anymore, no Aloha!
