The poke bowl exceeded our expectations . We ordered two large poke bowls , and we made our own. The staff was very friendly and gave us good portion toppings . The wasabi ginger and spicy Mayo dressing was delicious . The salmon and tuna was also fresh . Overall , service and food was both 5/5. Can’t wait to come back soon !

We are happy to eat Poke here! We tried to eat two Pokes, Hawaiian and miso salmon, and both were so good! There are many options to add and all ingredients looked so fresh and delicious. All of staffs were so nice and made people happy too. Hope this restaurant will be popular in White Plains.⭐️ We definitely will go there again!

I eat here almost weekly and it never disappoints. Raw proteins always taste fresh and delicious, great assortment of toppings and sauces, and staff is attentive and kind. So glad to have such a good poke place so close by!

I’ve been coming here with my kids almost weekly and it has always been great. The bowls are yummy, kind staff and very clean, comfortable place. But today’s visit was super disappointing. The rice was very undercooked and almost inedible. Not only that but the tapioca pearls in the bubble tea was rock hard… and we were so sad… 🙁 I mentioned this to the staff but was told that these were made since the morning by the morning staff so they have no control…. I was there around 7pm. They should’ve either reheated the bubbles or make new ones because obviously tapioca hardens after 4 hours or so… clearly the bubble teas are not selling if it’s been sitting there since morning. either that or it was badly undercooked like the rice as well. Anyway it was very disappointing today. My kids and I barely drank the taro milk also because today’s was too sweet so basically just threw 2 drinks away when I paid like $13 for 2 of the bubble teas… couldn’t even get a refund because they didn’t know how to refund… 🙁 I’m very picky about bubble teas so normally I wouldn’t order at a place where the staff seemed pretty clueless on how to use the bubble tea machine but the other times they’ve always managed to pulled through and because it’s convenient I’ve been ordering. But after today’s experience I won’t be ordering the bubble teas from here anymore. On top of all this the Miso soup was cold… like it just seemed like they gave up today, they not even trying.

The first time I went to pokemoto i tried there miso bowl it was pretty good. It just nee more sauce for the rice since it’s bland on its own. Also the burrito i got tonight was so good I will be going back just to buy the burrito. I highly recommend you come to this place

Horrible service! I had a horrible experience, they should improve their customer service. I just wanted to run away, I paid for a large size tea and they only gave me 3/4 of the content and they didn’t want to do it right again lousy attitude of the employees, not wanting to return

Matt made my colleague and I lunch this afternoon and he was so incredibly delightful and the food he prepared for us was AMAZING so fresh and yummy. His knowledge of the menu and the service he gave us was exceptional. He was happy to be there and we were happy he was there too! The way Matt took care of us and the undivided attention he gave us made us feel extremely welcomed and created such a warm environment. We will definitely be coming back again soon to see Matt and eat another poke bowl
