Looks good, right? No sauce. Yeah, okay, soy sauce and also hot chili sauce, but no sausage suitable for the tempura or the egg rolls/gyoza. The salad is dressed with spicy seaweed. The sushi was dry (fresh but dry). There was no service at all. The guy who took my order lost all interest in my meal the moment it was delivered.

Sushi was really tiny. The picture is of 2 rolls at $6 a piece. I put my thumb for comparison and I have medium hands. Also $2.50 for a can of coke. They could at least give a glass with ice in it.

A solid sushi offering for the price, I got the medium sushi boat and two additional rolls. The fish was fresh and the presentation was nice. A few wedges of lemon or some additional garnish would’ve gone a long way, but overall it was tasty and not overpriced.

Our first time trying Sushi 8 was a pleasant experience. Outstanding customer service from the gentlemen at the register (I think he was the manager or owner). They were very busy and understaffed but he kept a positive attitude the entire time and made sure to interact with each customer to let them know the wait times and gave complimentary drinks and cheesecake to everyone waiting. He also made sure to thank each person for dining there. Warm and inviting atmosphere, delicious and fairly priced sushi!

Informal and solidly very good raw sushi, especially for being so far from the coast. Good amount of fish per piece – other places in town can go heavy on the rice. Limited selection of species, but what they have is excellent quality.

We ordered take out, food was Fresh and delicious. We tried 4 different rolls. Pictured is the Hello Kitty rolls. Sani rolls are a must & the Philly Rolls. Loved that they have a gluten free option for soy sauce.

Horrible, you could not discern one type of roll from the other; it looked and tasted like ground mush. A total waste of money; the food was not worth the calories, I ended up throwing it all away! You’d be better off getting the stuff at Smith’s that’s been sitting in the cooler for days.
