Amazing food truck, family owned and makes their own smoked BBQ. We stumbled across it while traveling to Show Low on vacation and it was delicious. Huge portions, friendly owners and some of the best brisket I’ve ever had. Will definitely come again if we are back in the area in the future!

Delicious!!! Show Low has a treasure. Charlie’s did NOT disappoint!! We had the brisket and burnt ends-fabulous! I’m picky about my cole slaw and his IS GOOD. Next time I HAVE to try those nachos. They looked great too. But then, the tater! Oh my goodness. Thank you thank you.

This is real-deal Texas BBQ. The burnt ends was meat candy… I ate way too much of the generous portion they served because I couldn’t stop, and the next day the rest if it microwaved was almost as good. On top of that Charlie not only supports the US, the Constitution, and our first responders/military, but he puts his money where his mouth is by taking care of those folks. I’d be back again for either reason by itself, but both together? I’ll stop by every time I go up. And you should too!

Great food huge servings(easy to share). Great people they are always so nice and friendly with smiles. They recognize regulars for sure! Every time our kids see their wagon they ask if we can go. If I could give them more stars I would!!!

The owners are friendly and informative and truly care about their brand. The quality is phenomenal and they make their own jerky!!! If you are near Gold Canyon on Fri/Sat/Sun make it a point to stop by. You will not be dissapointed.
