Overall this was a good bowl of pho. Others reviews found it to be salty, but to my palette it was just right for me. The service here was very quick since you seat yourself and order on your phone. I usually don’t have high expectations for pho outside of home, but I would come back here.

Our first time here. The service was quick. The QR was broken so they took our order at the counter. Delicious pho. We had the pho Bo with brisket and pho Tom with prawns. The broth was so good. We had the spring rolls for appetizers and it was delicious as well. I’ll sediment be back

Stopped by for a late lunch, the place is seat yourself and order/pay at the table with a QR code and they will then bring you your food. I will say the turnaround time from when we placed the order to getting our pho was lightning fast! Fastest I’ve ever gotten pho. I got the combination pho and tried their banh mi. Both were pretty good though I felt their banh mi needed more pickles. I also thought the portions were a little smaller than the bowls they serve at their other location on Jackson in the ID. In general I can see this as an easy/convenient lunch spot for a quick bite but the limited menu and options for sizes/types of meat in your pho make it less appealing to me as a place to go back to regularly.

We waited around 10 minutes to get a table on a Thursday night. The pho biet was pretty good. I love having meatballs in the pho. The spring rolls were also great to share. Definitely a lot of food and was very filling.

I was disgusted when I ordered prawn pho and half way through eating, I find bits of chicken pieces in my pho. I bring it to the counter to point it out to the server and all they tell me is that “IT MUST HAVE FALLEN IN THE SOUP WHEN PREPARING” and shrugged it off!! They have major issues with sanitation, are completely careless about the food and the customers. The veggies that come with the pho were wilting, rotting Thai basil leaves, mushy jalapeño, missing lime. The soup broth is SUPER SALTY I had to add a full cup of my own bottled water I brought. Their water and cup stinks of cholrine & chemical.

Pho was alright, but consisted mainly of just noodles. If you’re here with other people, it might be more worth to split an order of one pho with extra meat. They did provide plenty of toppings including the usual bean sprouts, jalapeño slices, and basil. We were also charged quite a hefty service fee of 20% for a party of six.

Pho Bac was a very good! I got the beef pho with brisket & I enjoyed it very much. The service was good. You just seat yourself, then look at the menu, order, and pay using their QR code. Pretty slick.

A satisfying bowl of pho that can conveniently be found in center of the city. Don’t be fooled by their modern deco and young staff, their pho is one of the most authentic around.

The pho here is quite good. Personally I think it’s bar far the best pho in downtown, although you can get better in I district. Service is lightning fast, I’ll frequently order pick up for two people here and it’ll be ready in the 8 minutes it takes me to walk over from my apartment. In person I think the serving sizes are bigger than to go, but most people won’t be finishing even the takeout serving so I don’t think it’s an issue either way.
