We used to love this place, but it went downhill in the last couple of years and is now awful. We finally stopped even trying. Closed when they were supposed to be open, Order mixups, taking the order and then closing – all things that happened on more than one occasion. We decided to give it one more try tonight. The person couldn’t find the price of a cheese pizza. He kept us on the line while he had a conversation with someone else. And then said they no longer deliver to our address – and we live 1.3 miles away. It’s too bad, because their pizza is great.

Guess What
When I order my pizza at 7:25 can you tell me 10 to 15 minutes and I show up there at 7:40. My pizza is not ready and you told me another 5 to 6 minutes. Another gentleman comes in and complains about the exact same thing you told him 10 minutes. It’s 806 and still haven’t gotten my pizza. Owner needs to watch the cameras and figure out why his team isn’t working the way they should be. Or why they disappear rather than helping out the crew not take deliveries……disappear. Lets be realistic the pizza takes 10 minutes to cook cut and put in a box. Quit playing games and pick up the pace. These days people wonder why they aren’t getting paid enough or mad because they don’t make tips. Now you know why !

I used to love Marco’s food. Just ordered some pizza, subs, and chicken poppers. The chicken poppers were good. The ham and cheese sub I ordered, I ordered with extra meat. I got it, and it only had 3 pieces of ham on it. Like…that shouldn’t even be single meat for a sub that size. The bread was hard and the ham was hard too. The breadsticks were also hard as a rock. Won’t order here again

Terrible. Maybe worse than that if possible. We ordered online, paid and drive over to pick up our pizza to find the place closed. Are you kidding me? They could have turned off the online ordering or updated the hours of the day but this place did neither and I am furious. I will be calling in the morning for a full refund plus free pizza. Very disappointed!! I will update this based on my conversation with the location on my refund.

Placed an order over the phone. Went in to the store to get it and it was chaos in there. The groups on fun of me, their order wasn’t ready. I give them my name for my order and it’s obvious the order was never even entered. Just chaos.

This review has nothing at all to do with the pizza and food at Marcos. This is 100% about their current and ongoing inability to keep the gray rd location staffed. In the last 2-3 months I have waited for a pizza over an hour past its pickup time, and left thd store twice without my food. On the first occasion I was told by the poor guy working with 1 other person, that he just had no idea when he would be able to get to it and he suggested I go somewhere else. Very politely I must add. But he was visibly exhausted and stressed. Last night there were 2 kids total working in the store who said the manager had walked out. There were probably 8-10 ppl waiting and we decided to just leave based on what they were saying. My whole family really enjoys Marcos. I think it might be the best chain pizza place around. But, avoid this location at all costs if you don’t want your plans ruined or time wasted. Hopefully they can fix this situation.

Ordered 10 pizzas online for a birthday party. Pick up time was 1:45. Website said they were making my pizza and estimated time of completion was at 1:45. I show up at 1:45, store was not even open. Employee comes to the door, won’t open the door. Tells me they open at 4. I show him my order, he just shrugs and walks to the back. Luckily the store on 161st in Westfield was able to quickly make pizzas for me and give me a discount. Go to that store instead.
