No one in line, stood at the cash register for a couple of minutes and watched/listened to the girls in the back argue about who was going to come take my order. As soon as I walked up one of them looked at me, put their finger on their nose, and said, “Nope, not it”. Manager was in the middle of it and didn’t do anything. I finally went over and put my order in at the kiosk. 8/5/23 at 9:30pm. Ridiculous.

I was so disgusted at the drive through order we received. After picking it up and driving home about 10 minutes we unpacked and served it to our kids. We had rotten, vinegary smelling tomatoes on the chicken club. The chicken was pink in the center. We order a 20 nugget for one child, they were wet and cold. It didn’t even look like they were cooked right. The fries were limp, soggy and had so much salt on them they were unable to be swallowed. Last the quarter pounder was not cooked well. It was pink in the center and cold. Upon calling McDonalds I got a brand new manager who told me, nothing they could do, because we had already taken the food home. And that we should have checked it at the establishment. This was the absolute most disgusting fast food experience my family has ever had. This McDonalds needs work, need a new cook, new fry maker and manager.

I love the huge discounts from the app. I order a lot on my way to work. I request added cream and sugar in my french vanilla ice coffee. A few times, it was barely cream and no sugar, or no ice with no cream. I purchased a bag of sugar and some spoons to keep in my car. When they get it right, it’s great!

I don’t generally complain much, but today has overall been a rough day. It was around 8 o’clock at night, I walk in an order a chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese. When I get home, there was no chicken on my sandwich at all. Now, I’m too respectful, I don’t wanna go back and make a fuss about something that probably was a mistake, but I just want people to be aware. Many orders at the Lombard McDs have had missing parts, were wrongly made, or were overall not to standards. Hopefully, they’re able to fix their issues and get back to produce better product.

I know it’s just a McDonald’s, but the food was amazing. For burgers and frys, they were prepared perfectly as ordered. Everything was hot and fresh, everything. Made to order, fresh and very neatly put together. The service was prompt, friendly,, very courteous and polite. They were extremely busy, the drive thru was packed, the staff were all so very busy, but not grumbling or complaining. So, thank you all for a wonderful experience during a stressful time.

Went to get a number 7 (2 breakfast burritos, a hash brown, and a drink) and a cinnamon bun at 6:30am. When we were done taking our order at the drive through we didn’t hear if they told us to pay at the first window. We went up and waited at the first window for a min or two and the male employee working was clearly doing something so we figured they told us to pay at the second window. We pulled up and explained our confusion and this older women employee rudely exclaimed “You didn’t pay!?” Then snatched the drink out my hand (as if I was just gonna drive off with a drink) Then we apologized for the confusion and she was rude and dismissive. She took our card and processed the transaction. Then the male employee handed us our food and we apologized again. We got home and there was no hash brown and a up charge for our drink? Which was suppose to be a small? Not a medium? Assuming that was what the up charge could’ve been for? This isn’t the first issue we’ve had with this McDonald’s location but it will definitely be the last cause this location is just tiring and disappointing.
