The brisket sandwich was very good. It came with a side of Mac and cheese that had bacon. Delicious! Price wasn’t bad and plenty of food for lunch was served. The menu is not always the same but I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. The owner stopped by and chatted with us for a while, very nice guy. I would definitely recommend it and will stop by to try other stuff in the future.

Received gift cards back in March, but my schedule never seemed to line up with their hours. Was worth the wait! Everything was so delicious! Ron, the owner, came out to chat me. Very personable fellow, and recommended to pecan bread pudding. Thanks for the bread pudding Ron! I got the burnt end hoagie. It was amazing. I can’t wait to go back next week to see what else is on the menu.

Great BBQ in a great location with great views by the river! The meat is really savory and all the ingredients are high quality. I like that they get creative with their BBQ dishes. I got the Cinco De Nachos and it was so good. I’ll for sure recommend Swampy’s to others.

First time visiting and was very eager to try their BBQ. We tried their brisket hoagie . They were out of the hoagie rolls at 12:30 . So our brisket was put on a toasted roll. The brisket we got had too much fat on it . I want more meat than fat . I did enjoy the Mac and cheese . I also enjoyed a pecan bread pudding sample I was offered before I got my brisket .

I’ve been meaning to get here to try their bbq, but today’s special was Cinco de Mayo Nachos. I ordered the half plate and could only eat half of it. It was the best nachos I have had in a long time. It was loaded with 8 kinds of meat, and lots of toppings.

If you “like” biscuits and gravy . . . literally, hands down the best anywhere in the greater Tri-Cities area are found here. Don’t get me wrong, the REST of Swampy’s food is good, but when you compare their B&G to anyone else’s, it’ll easily take the top spot in the area and quite likely the best you’ll ever have.
