I never post bad reviews, but this place is well deserving. One member of our party ordered flautas, which came out more like enchiladas and not crispy at all. When we asked the waitress about this, she went back to the kitchen and said that some of their flautas were soft and some were crispy fried. But never did she offer to get us something different or offer to remove that item from the bill. Since it was not even eaten. One member ordered Caldo de Res which was more like posole with small pieces of vegetables. But the kicker is that we ordered a cheese enchilada dinner to go, and when we got home it was just sad. literally shredded cheese wrapped in a corn tortilla. no sauce, no topping, just tortilla and cheese. This place seems to not care about the quality of the food they are serving. Sad excuse for a mexican (or tex mex) restaurant.

Arboledas is in a small step shopping space. Probably you shouldn’t bring your girlfriend there to impress her on a first date. A friend of mine loves this place. I’ve been there twice, and the food was good the first time and not so good the second. Still, I prefer local-owned to a chain. Service is friendly and they remembered me in the second visit. I’ll be back!

First time here and I enjoyed myself. The service was very good, the taco salad was very good except there was way too much iceberg lettuce, like the core and I had to pick it all out. Other than that our meal was great. Will definitely be back.

Friendly service, food was delicious. We had poblano enchiladas and spicy beef enchiladas and chiminchanga. All three were great! Fresh made chips delivered hot to the table with wonderful salsa.

My daughter, granddaughter and I went to Arboledas for lunch yesterday. Other than having to ask twice for lemons and queso and for silverware for my granddaughter, our experience was fine until almost time to leave. My bill was $26.50, I paid with a $100 bill. Our waitress, Mary, brings the change back but the $.50 was missing. I ask for the 50 cents. My granddaughter had already asked to get a ring out of the machine at the door with the quarters. Mary gets defensive and raises her voice and tells us that she doesn’t have the 50 cents and they round the check. Sometimes a customer gets more, sometimes less than what they should. She even stated that she kept the 50 cents. I said that is stealing and I want my exact change. She said they don’t even have change anywhere but will go to the back and check. She returns in about 30 seconds with 50 cents. I take back the cash tip I had already put on the table and walk to the front. The lady at the front asked how everything was. I tell her about our experience and let her know I would be leaving an appropriate review. If you go to Arboledas and pay cash, check your change. They think stealing from their customers is OK. Mary should be fired for the way she raised her voice and treated us for simply asking for all of our change.
