Absolutely horrible! Went thru drive thru. Only a couple of slackers hanging out in there, I should have cancelled my order then. It smelled like pot. After the drive home I found out we were missing half of the order that we paid for. It was absolutely nasty as well. It went right in the trash. Total waste of money and time. Worst food and experience I have ever seen! Never going back again.

I went to the drive thru to buy corned beef, my English is good but the accent is different in the southern part of America, when I made my request I got a vague answer. This person answered me in a nervous tone and I had to buy inside. He speaks loudly and nervously to the customers and staff there. This is not good at all for an agency in America. As a foreigner, I am very sorry.They don’t seem to care about the atmosphere there. He acted nervously, the manner of giving food was also disrespectful.

Horrible experience. Waited 20+ minutes to get food when there was not a soul there. Got home and the order was wrong. Tried calling multiple times but the phones were disconnected. Didn’t get ahold of someone until 6pm the following day who couldn’t issue a refun because it had to be in person the day it occurred (how was I to know that when the phones weren’t working). The assistant manager had no clue what to do and did not understand what was going on. The store manager gave the assistant manager their phone number and told me to call them only to not answer and I believe block my call. At this point it’s not even about the incorrect meal but the service received throughout this entire experience was appalling. Will not return!

All was very good, first time for eat in and really like the way dining area configured. Arby’s has hit home run for over a year on thier monthly specialties without a bad one imo. Not an everyday fast food person but almost always try Arby’s monthly special.

I ordered The Garlic Steakhouse Ribeye minus the onions. The Mushroom and Swiss flavor was classically great and definitely worth combining with the Curly Fries. Mixing in Honey Mustard, Arby Sauce, and the Legendary Horsey Sauce was a pretty good idea as well. The Superstar of the Meal however is Arby’s very own unmatched and unsurpassed Jamocha Shake. Now made with Ghirardelli Chocolate (TM) it has gone next level in 2023. Right to the Whipped Cream on top. Throw in a delectable CocaCola and it was all a true pleasure to ring the bell on the way out! B.W.

The rudest staff at any restaurant I’ve been to. I was picking up an order and no one spoke to me at the counter as I stood right in front of them. I finally spoke up and they were extremely rude to me for no reason. I was very nice and even tried to smooth the tension with small talk. If you’re that miserable, find another job. I’ll never be back, that’s for sure.
