We stopped late one night as the dining room was closing. We do understand lateness of the hour, dining room scheduling, and safety. However, the woman was rude. She told us we would have to go through the drive through. But she left out some details. We decided to do the drive through. However, once in line she told us they only had mashed potatoes and wings. Nothing else was available. Her tone on the intercom was as rude as it was at the door. Considering she could have told this information at the door in a polite manner, we might have given her a pass. But she chose poorly. So, we went to Slim Chickens who has better chicken, services, and more food always. This not the first time this has happened. In Hermitage, TN they would run out of food, lock the doors in the early afternoon, and not provide the correct order. We gave them multiple chances to do better. We also figured a different town would make a difference. It didn’t. If you want good service, good food, multiple options of food, super friendly and sweet staff, and excellent managers, chose Slim Chickens instead.

Well I ordered ahead and then once I got there it still took 30 minutes. They had me pull up a little past the window and said it would be 30 seconds for the biscuits and after 5 min I went inside to check and make sure they didn’t mean for me to come grab the order and they said they were waiting on chicken tenders. So I waited in my car another 25 min and went inside bc they were all sitting around in booths hanging out. They finally gave me my order and then almost didn’t give me the sides i ordered…I had to ask for them….

The absolute best Chicken BLT Combo I’ve ever tasted in my entire life, I believe. The Bo Fries are out of the league of a fast food restaurant. Seasoned and salted divinely. Almost forgot I was at a Fast Food chain, aside from the setting. Also tried the Southern Shock MtN Dew which tasted so much like a decent bottle of cough medicine it was unbelievable but that’s a whole other review.

I have ordered twice from bojangles through door dash. The first time I was missing an item. Yes I know we could say the driver stole it. The rest of what did actually recieve was old. It looked as if it was under the heat lamp for hours. The second time I ordered I had two wrong items and one missing item. The food this time was was also overcooked. Recently went through the drive through at the same location and they left out items.

Just left this location there was nobody in the drive-thru and only one person at the window. It was 9:23pm. I sat at the speaker for 5mins and nobody took my order. When I went to leave I couldn’t get out because that person was still at the window and I couldn’t drive around. The people inside saw me and were smiling and laughing and never greeted me for another 2 awkward mins until the person in front of me moved up some so I could pull off. I’ve worked fast food and know what its like. But this is stupid. The management needs to change this night crew out with a quickness! They dont even close until 10pm
