Staff was pleasant, food was fine. Inside of this Chipotle is a different story. Literally disgusting! Dirty is an understatement. No forks, smeared food on the plexiglass case when ordering, tables dirty, overflowing garbage cans, avocado pit on the dining room floor, grime everywhere. Surprising this can happen at a national chain. Will def avoid this location in the future.

You guys need to stop using a little plastic cups to weigh your food. I got a burrito for like $15. Got chicken with extra chicken. Got home. Open my burrito because it looked really small. There was only 3.5 oz of meat now. Remember I got extra. I went back. Took all the meat off the burrito went back. Showed the lady she put the little plastic cup out. I just immediately started laughing. That is not how you weigh a solid. Brought it home. Waited it. It weighed 3.5. I should have received 8 oz of meat on my burrito because a normal serving size of meat according to the employee is 4 oz I received only 3.5 and remember once again I got extra. So you guys need to figure out how to weigh your food properly and stop ripping people off

this place is probably one of the dirtiest fast food places I’ve ever seen. my husband and I went to eat dinner there and no exaggeration, every single table was filthy. the workers weren’t doing much, they could have easily wiped down at least a few tables. the food was pretty good. they were out of queso so we had to wait about 20 mins along with a few other customers. chips were stale and the employee sassed me when I asked for a fresh bag. I’m definitely going back cause the burrito was bomb as hell. but overall, super gross inside.

Food is standard chipotle, always good, same as every other location. But this was the grimiest chipotle I’ve ever eaten at. Possibly of any restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. It was dirty. And not like “we just came after dinner shift”, dirty. It was like crumbs and grease caked in the corners. The bathroom was like a gas station stop. The food line was really sloppy. Trash cans were overflowing. Various surfaces with splatters and grease/dust build up. When I sat down to eat, I thought for a second “am I going to get food poisoning tonight?” And the obvious shift lead was trying her to motivate the team and keep some folks Focused, but everyone else was really apathetic. The young man that made our food reminded me of my moody 16 year old son on a bad day, he was really unpleasant. It’s fine if folks don’t want to be all smiles and chipper, but when someone asks for an ingredient off your line and you’re answer is simply “nope”, you need some coaching on professionalism. The vibe felt very much like all the kids just got lectured by a grumpy dad. Understaffed is understandable, but adjusting opening hours for deep cleaning are necessary. Service date 8/12/23 @ 730pm.

Full Metal Legend. Best Mexican restaurant in town ! And the best part ? Their dashing green eyed grill body, I think his name was Jameson ? He was beautiful and a hard worker. I would highly recommend visiting this location for excellent food, excellent service, supreme cleanliness and sexy Jameson.

This place is perfect. The staff is amazing and the food is what you expect. An employee on their way out held the door open for us. The lady serving us could have given us the broken tortilla she pulled first or the sofritas that were at the very bottoms of the tray but instead asked us if we could wait a minute for fresh food. The guy checking us out was also really nice. Glad we stopped through here on our way up north!
