Every table in the restaurant was filthy, as was the floor. The countertops were full of food & the trash overflowing. Four employees behind the counter & one extremely perturbed to be asked to clean off two tables for two groups of customers. Worst dine-in experience at a Chipotle ever. Upside: the food still tasted good.

I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and have to avoid all gluten containing foods. It has been a really hard transition. I was so excited to find out that most of the food at chipotle is Gluten free. They also have a protocol they follow to ensure no Cross-contamination. I watched as a wonderful Employee named Kate switched out her gloves and encouraged everyone touching my food to switch out theirs. She changed out all of the spoons that touched the food I was getting and even got out fresh items. I had no reactions and very much enjoyed my food. I will definitely be back!

Dining area was very dirty. Napkins dispensers were empty. Patrons were having to clean off empty tables on their own just to have a place to sit. Chips were very stale bordering on soggy.the whole placed smelled awful too like sewage.

This was the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been in. 4:30 on Sunday afternoon- all trash over flowing, every table dirty, floor dirty, no ice, drink syrup out, lemonade out, hot food prep showed no signs of being wiped down, some meats empty, the cooking area was old food everywhere showing dried meat particles everywhere. 4 workers, no other customers except carryout. Staff was polite. Scared to try the restroom.

Very expensive! My wife got a salad and I got 3 soft shelled tacos. We both added guacamole to our meal, added a bad of corn chips and got 2 water cups. Cost me $29!!

My partner came to pick up our order not even 30 minutes ago and half my food was found at the bottom of the bag under all the boxed food. Customer service blows and it won’t let me talk to a real person. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with this store but the care about the food is getting out of hand

Tastes fine. Like someone else mentioned, the portions are out of control in favor of the restaurant. I’m a truck driver who eats with a conscience; I’ve been to many different chipotles. It was bad enough for me to leave a review how little was in the bowl compared to the other locations. As we all know, the lettuce adds much volume. Check the picture attached and imagine how sad the bowl is without the green on top. About a half spoon of each ingredient.

I walked in and was greeted with a smile and the lady at the front counter was very kind and respectful to me, but I am disappointed in the food today. I got very little chicken in my chicken bowl. I will continue to eat here because this is the one time that it hasn’t been great for me.
