The BBQ here is AMAZING!! FYI-They are only doing take out right now. My family tried the St. Louis ribs, brisket grilled cheese, smoked gouda mac and cheese, sweet potato fries, baked beans and corn bread. Very generous size portions of all the sides, so much meat on the sandwich that you could make a 2nd sandwich with it! The rub on the brisket and ribs had a little bit of heat to it with great flavor. The original BBQ sauce is savory and tangy and compliments the meat well. Both the ribs and brisket were super tender and juicy. And while EVERYTHING was delicious and everyone gave ALL the food 2 thumbs up, the smoked gouda brisket dip was SO freakin good that I don’t think there is word invented yet to describe it. I could have made a meal just eating that! Smokey gouda cheese with a ton of brisket in it. The homemade tortilla chips that came with the dip were the perfect item to dip it in (the potato wedges were also used with the dip and equally delicious) They even throw in dessert- complimentary homemade chocolate chip cookies with each dinner but we were so full we couldn’t try them. In case it wasn’t obvious, we LOVED this restaurant and will definitely be back. I highly recommend to anyone wanting great BBQ and food- there isn’t anything we tried, that we wouldn’t get again. Please give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed! And don’t forget to get the gouda brisket dip! 🙂

The pulled pork was great! It’s hard to pick what sides you want because they are all awesome. The mashed sweet potatoes or the sweet potato fries are highly recommended. The Mac is also really good it’s nice and creamy
