I placed an order by uber eats, when the order arrived after 1 hour 30 min , I received the pizza just to find out that was a hair on it.. I called the store and they didn’t resolve the issue, they said the owner or manager will call me, but he never did.. so disgusting and bad costumer service.

The staff member that made my pizza did not wear a hair net and continued to stick her gloved hand in the containers of toppings. This hair is not h as her hair was blond however, as this was my first time at this restaurant I was hesitant with the staff practices. I brought the pizza back to the restaurant with only one bit taken from the pizza. The same staff member that prepared my food processed my return. She stated that she couldn’t tell if it was a hair or not but she would go ahead a process my return with a slight attitude. I didn’t order any black stringy toppings.

Restaurant was clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. 3 stars due to pizza quality. Pizza was still soggy in the middle, needed more cooking time. If they would of let the pizza finish cooking just a little bit longer, it would of been good. I did come during lunch so they might have rushed a little to get everyone.

The person making my pizza stopped making it when another lady walked up ( ) and asked if there were any more brownies. Even though there was another lady at the counter helping. With the pepperonis in his hand that he was using to make my pizza, he walked to the back and looked for a brownie. Came back WITH THE PEPPERONIS and TRIED to put them on my pizza. I was like AHT AHT that’s nasty . Food safety and customer service is out of the window.

I’d give this 0 stars if I could. Please read through the reviews because the problems here are consistent. I made an online order which had multiple issues and several Pizzas come out wrong and after calling the store 6 times and getting told by several “managers” that the owner would have to take care of the problem, and that he was either “out for the day” or “on a lunch break” I finally get a call back from the owner and all they want to do is argue about if the order is truly right or wrong instead of doing the right thing and making a refund. I can’t believe an owner can be so rude and incompetent that they cant figure out how to keep their customers and do the right thing.
