So this brown skinned young lady with glasses , ignored me completely when I walked in ,just so she could have a conversation with another customer and she wasn’t doing his order at all and when she finally acknowledged me ,she started on my order and had an attitude when I asked her to do my tomatoes a certain way and completely got it wrong because she went right back to talking to other customer and I had to remind her I want tots cause she was to busy talking , the store was very slow in business when I walked in and I was there for 15 mins for 1 8 in and some tots smh was just trying to bring my wife lunch

I was having an Italian Sub craving, and remembered the last time I ordered one from Quizno’s, it was very good; the best I’d had in Conway. I walked in and there was a lady and her son, and one other person ahead of me. The lady had a pretty decent order, with probably four or five sandwiches. The manager is the only one who was working, so it took a little longer, but not long enough to bother anyone, in my opinion. After he completed the order, a lady came in who I suspect may have been his wife, but am not positive about that. She began to “suit up” and help the cause. The man in front of me got his sandwich quickly. The manager apologized for the wait; I told him it was no big deal at all, no worries he was by himself, and that it could have been much longer. I had my mind set on the classic Italian, but the lobster/seafood salad club with bay seasoning was doing its best to convince me otherwise. I asked the manager how long the lobster/seafood salad sandwich would be on the menu (sign and online menu both said limited time). He said it has been added to the menu permanently. So that settled it, I went with my original craving and it was wonderful as always. I ordered the eight inch but could only eat half. When I was paying, the manager once again apologized, and put in a free cookie for my wait. Great customer service!

I got the old bay lobster 8in taste soo yummy. The staff were so patient and had great recommendations. The wait was not long at all. I absolutely love Quiznos and have been going for a while and will continue to go.

Great Quiznos location and very convenient to get too. I’ve been five or some times and the team is always super nice and helpful. Ive only had A+ subs from here, never a bad experience. Would definitely recommend them if you are craving a sub on the west side of town, so glad to have this option.
