This is my first time ordering from this store and my topping is missing plus the pizza was burnt giving me bitter taste. I called and the person I spoke with said I order a lot of toppings “yes I paid for it why are you questioning that” does that give you reason to remove the toppings I paid for? I will never order from here again. I only give 3 star because they said they will send in another plus the driver is the best he deserves 5 stars

Ordered at 6:08pm said would be ready at 6:20 arrived for curbside since I’m pregnant didn’t feel like cooking and just wanted to grab and go I didn’t receive my order until 6:52 and that’s when I decided to go in and grab it myself to see it sitting on the shelf they brought out 2 ordered came AFTER me they were staffed well and not to busy I’ve worked for dominos in my teen years so I know the process my food was cold and so much for stuffed cheesy bread it was literally bread and my pasta was dry and pizza cold 10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND GOING to this location

I generally have no issues ordering from this location, but today was different. I placed my order online as always and the confirmation gave me a 12-25 minute wait. After 15 minutes I realized the roads were flooding, as there is quite a bit of rain today. I called the store to check on my order (and cancel if it wasn’t yet made) and was put on hold. After 7 minutes I hung up. I waited another 45 minutes (still no food) and called again, only to wait on hold for 12 minutes this time! 1 hour and 45 minutes after my order was placed I again called & was placed on hold, even after trying to voice an issue! It was then I saw the Dominoes employee out my window with my food. (The driver was very polite and apologized for the wait)

Picked up about 10 pizza for work. Someone that worked their filled in their own tip of 20%. It came out to a $27.68 tip for picking up my own pizzas. Not happy about this and I will be going back to the store to talk to the manager.

So I ordered dominos today and we’ll the employee that delivered my food was kinda rude, he said to me that he wouldn’t bring me food because of the traffic being bad, well I’ve ordered dominos for a very long time and not even one person has said that to me before, I love dominos and I don’t have a problem with there food, but that one employee kinda ruined my day almost, who ever that employee is, they need to understand that working is a part of life, and if he dosent like delivering food to my house, I think he shouldn’t work there anymore if he’s gonna act like that.
